Dr Hijazi is a very nice person aside from being a doctor. As a doctor he takes his time with you and is very thorough. He cares very much about your well being and seems like he would do anything in his power to help you in anyway possible as he deems safe for you. I always research doctors before I apply to them as a patient. Dr Hijazi had great reviews. Look him up online for yourself. He's one of the many best doctors you can have as a family doctor. I'm glad and greatful he has accepted me as his patient. As for the medical center itself, I have not had any bad experiences yet like other people have that have reviewed on here so far. Everything has been great so far!

Called to have documentation sent to surgeon yes it was at end of day reception put me on hold and did not return got disclaimer recording phone lines had been turned off. So frustrating. Sometime so simple but yes it may ne the end of day but treat others how you want to be treated. Isn't that your recording states!

They're very efficient and well organized. All I can ask for is text/email reminders to make it a 5 star

I am a recent patient of Dr Koreman/Dr Moon. My experience has been exceptional at every level: from the quick appraisal of our application, personable and extensive meet and greet via telephone and most recently from my first in person meeting and followup with Dr Koreman.
The reception staff was lovely and helpful as was the Nurse who offered to give me my annual flu shot while I waited briefly for the doctor.
Dr Koreman is an excellent communicator. She explained in great detail my test results and options for treatment and was sincerely interested in asking me my concerns and in involving me in a treatment plan. She sent me for further testing to the hospital next door where the test was done quickly.
Results were reviewed by Dr Moon in less than a week. Dr Koreman phoned me with the outcome which required further followup. Once again I greatly appreciated her professionalism and concern.
What a great team! Thanks Dr. Koreman/Dr Moon and all the Central Lambton team for the timely and personable care!

Lovely doctors with a hard-working reception team. These ladies do much more than just answer the phone. Have grace and patience for them as they work as fast and efficiently as possible while maintaining care and concern for patients. Stay kind!

This is the worst place ever you can never get in at all. You call to book an appointment they refuse then you end up in the hospital because you couldn’t get in to see your doctor.
Dr. Hijazi is a horrible doctor. The facility is all about taking the monthly money and never letting you have an appointment.

By far the worst Health facility in Lambton County! Every single receptionist here is ignorant and most like to gossip. They were hired as “receptionists”, but will make you feel like an inconvenience when you call. They are paid to SIT in a chair the duration of their shift answering phones, and make it seem like it’s the hardest job in the world. As well, the doctors don’t even examine what you’re there for, but rather ask a bunch of questions and make an assumption of what your issues are.

Just had the worst customer service ever! Not impressed makes me not want to go there anymore they’re lucky I like my doctor. Had bad service with a nurse practitioner a few times

Dr. Paxton Moon of the family health team is the reason for this 1 star. He is never available to get appointments and when you do he doesn’t listen to your concerns anyways and brushes you off as “young and healthy”. Would keep looking for a doctor if you get the call for him because there is 0 difference in having him as a doctor or having no doctor at all.

Nothing but amazing things to say about this clinic. Always on time, they always try and get you in same day if you have a more urgent situation. Nurses are friendly and supportive. My dr, Dr. Hijazi is incredible. He always looks at the whole picture, provides lots of education, takes his time with your appointment. Very very thorough. I couldn’t be more happy to be a patient here.
