Helen, Bob and Bill always make you feel welcomed and the staff are excellent and knowledgeable to answer any questions you may have. Careful buying online with Bob, he sold me a used Fender and claimed it is NEW guitar.
Also promised next day shipping, took 5 days to ship.

After visiting the big name store in more than one city, I visited Central Music to purchase my electric guitar and amp. The reason? Great service! They immediately took care of me and I will 100% go back to make my next major purchase.

There is no comparison, between Central and any other music store. The staff are experts! The most personalised service in any business i've ever experienced. Pricing the same as L and M, but the service is bar none! I will never go anywhere else for gear, repairs, or anything else for that matter. You cant go wrong! To me they are family! Blindog!

Tell Felix to stop advertising your store as Mafia, I've bought a Stevenson a bass and taught him to play it and bought a 1500$ guitar from your store when I was a teen, you should have discounted that floor model Ibanez rg7 the action was atrocious.

Excellent experience with this shop. I did a shipping order and there was a slight problem which had nothing whatsoever to do with them, had to do with the manufacturer. They took ownership and made it right with no questions asked. Highly recommended, I'll have no hesitation ordering from them again

Just started playing guitar like a week ago. Grew up in walland never stepped foot in the store till the other day. Now I just can't stop going there! Great selection, the staff is great. I bought a small practice amplifier and I had a small problem with it brought it back they fixed me up no questions asked. No attitude! Great place to go to.
