Not recommended I used this vet 3 years ago, because I used another vet once for the dog they refuse to serve me for the cat and They refuse to sell a bag of cat food and tell me to go to the other vet (which was a higher price) and refuse to see the cat again

I love how caring they are. We lost Buddy 2 years ago, after already losing PJ in 2017. They delivered flowers to our front door after losing Buddy.
They are very compassionate.
I couldn't recommend Dr. Singh and his team enough.

The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because the vet tech (Shannon) was incredibly kind and helpful.

My cat had a small lump that I wanted removed but my normal vet was booked up for a month, so I called here for a sooner appointment. Mistake.

They did the surgery and he was healing fine except that the onesie bothered him a lot. I had an appointment to have the sutures removed 12 days after the surgery, so I called to see if they could take them out a little earlier. They took the sutures out 7 days after the surgery and didn't tell me that he still needed to wear the onesie. I had told them on the phone and in person that I was going to take it off. The vet knew full well that I wasn't going to put it back on. A few hours later, the incision was WIDE OPEN and they were on a trip for the weekend, unavailable.

The incision scabbed closed on its own, awkwardly, with the inner suture poking through. In the end, he had to wear the godforsaken onesie for an entire MONTH because it took so long to heal after closing up wrong.

When I spoke to Dr. Singh, he first tried to downplay what happened. "I can see why it would be hard for you as the owner, but as a surgeon, we see open incisions all the time. Everything was fine. "

Then he tried to say it was my fault. "It was you who asked to take the onesie off sooner. " It was HIS responsibility to explain to me that taking out the sutures sooner wouldn't mean he could take off the onesie sooner. If he had told me that, I would have kept the 12 day later appointment and none of this would have happened.

When I first came in to have the final suture removed, there was still a large scab. He pulled it off and squeezed the incision until it bled! He was about to take off the suture anyways and I asked if that was a good idea since it was bleeding and we had already run into the issue of it opening back up. He didn't take it out. I don't know what would have happened if he had taken it out, but how strange that he would change his mind after that question!

Came back after the new scab fell off on its own. He removed the suture but left a tiny bit inside. I asked if he was going to take that out and he went to do it but the vet tech said that if he did that, it would open up again and that leaving it in would be fine since it would dissolve. I am SO glad she said that, or else the same exact thing would have happened again!

I think these issues happened because he didn't want to disappoint me. While I appreciate the sentiment, it is his job to communicate his expertise and take care of his patients even if that means disappointing his clients sometimes. I hope he doesn't continue to repeat this mistake with others.

In the end, Muffin is doing well and the onesie is in the past. But it was a very frustrating experience that shouldn't have happened.

My fur babies were at this veterinarian,
We changed back to our original vet. When it came time for the vaccinations, we were told what they needed by what the records indicated. Due to lack in communication or whatever it may be, Central Niagara animal hospital failed to send the appropriate records causing my dogs to receive double the vaccinations.
Thankfully my fur babies are ok. This is Not ok. They need to be more diligent when it comes to our animals safety. Also, costing us more money that was not needed to spend.

I have been going to this clinic with my fur babies for years. Dr Singh and staff are awesome. My lab Tuukka is good but doesn't like his nails being done. They were fantastic with Tuukka. Dr Singh doesn't rush or push anything on you. He gives you advice educates you and you choose what right for you. Awesome place

Horrible service, I brought a sick cat in and spent hundreds of dollars, they just shoed the cat out right after surgery and he wasn't even eating or drinking. They are just there for the money. Very rude. My cat ended up dying: (

I went to see these guys to get my new little furball fixed after adopting him from a rescue group. Very nice people and I never worried that my cat would be treated the best way possible.

Wonderful knowledgeable caring people. Dr. Singh takes the time to listen and offer options of care. We have both dogs & cats and don't know where we would be without them. Fair pricing and ease of getting appointments. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Dr. Singh is seriously the best of the best!

Never rushes his time with you and makes sure you are fully informed before proceeding. At previous vets, the bill was always a shock at the end of the visit, not here. His prices are very reasonable and his care is top notch. The rest of the staff are always super pleasant as well.

My 92 year old mother’s dog is her whole life. We took him to this so called animal hospital and we’re told he needed an almost $3000 surgery. Needless to say she does not have that kind of money, so we had a family benefit for her so we could raise the funds. My cousin was smart enough to take him into see Dr. Morgan and guess what - no surgery required. Are you kidding me - was this all a scam - seriously scamming a 92 year old out of almost $3000.
DO NOT GO HERE!
We will be pursuing this legally- you should be ashamed of yourself.
THANK YOU TO DR. MORGAN AND HIS STAFF- absolutely amazing
