Central Park Terrace Rental Apartments

The building has a great property manager and it is very well managed. The manager Sokol and his wife are always helpful for tenants needs. The building is clean, quiet and safe. I recommend central park terrace

I have been staying here for close to 3 years and I must say this place is professionally maintained and clean. Sokol is the best in business, very professional, hard working, always responsive and gets all your queries/requested help addressed on time and ensures we are satisfied with the work done.

Lived in this apartment for 1.5 years and can say that the building is very professionally managed and the building manager is the best. All the complaints and queries are listened and resolved in timely manner. 7 star rating to Sokol who always answer to questions promptly and get the job done on every occasion.

Location is good but service is terrible. I went to see 1 bedroom and superintendent literally opened someone house and show me, no privacy and security. Also, he is so rude not answering my simple questions. Please go somewhere else

I was in the process of apply for 2 bedroom apartment, unfortunately, I stopped the process due to the misguide of a gentleman by the name Shoko and his behavior with tenants, totally disrespectful and no matter and besides the add says something then he increased the price, the unit I was looking into was the 296 of 1294 Islington, he added $100 more right on the spot. The square footage and cleanest in the picture is way behind with reality. I sent a complaint to the head office few days ago and so far no reply, basically, they do not care. Please stay away from this place.

Judging by the reviews, this apartment seems amazing to go to. I do have a question for the rooms. Do the rooms have more than two bedrooms?

I been living in 1286 Islington Ave for a year now and have had no issues till date. The common space is well maintained and the building is quiet. As others have mentioned that if your unit has any roaches or bugs then probably you are not keeping the unit clean enough. The property manager Sokol is polite and helpful. I would surely recommend renting in this property.

This is one of the finest apartments i have lived in. The building management is really helpful. The current manager Sukol take care of the issues we face in a very professional manner.

Visiting my friends in this building often, always clean and quiet building.
Asked many current residents in the lobby, they so happy leave there.

The building is beautiful, and location is perfect!
Of all the rental buildings I've lived in I have never met a more helpful, knowledgeable, kind staff and the other tenants are all great too.
I have had an incredibly positive experience so far at this building. No bugs, noise, smells.
The building was incredibly accommodating with my move-in date, and my maintenance requests have always been completed the same day or a day later.

I absolutely recommend living here, you'd be hard pressed to find a friendlier and more accommodating management staff.

The managers in 1286 building are so kind and cooperative. They are always there when you need them day and night. They are even ready to assist you out of the official working hours. I have been in several places but I never had building managers as good and friendly as these people.

Great location. Fairly quiet area. Everything is nearby (school, grocery, fastfood, parks etc.). Walk to TTC is less than 10 minutes. Airport is also just a few minutes away. Nearby school is also improving nicely (checked Fraser from time to time). We moved in to Canada and this is our first apartment. My family stayed here more than 3 years. Sadly, we had to find a bigger place as our family is growing. The couple managing this place (Arslan and Angelika) is top notch. They take pride in managing this place. You can see and feel the difference when you check out nearby apartments with the same age and other apartments in Toronto (friend visits). We were viewing another apartment in this area and we're so glad and thankful to have dropped by and checked this one too. Angelika was very nice and helpful from the day we were applying. It's always a pleasure catching up with Arslan whenever I come across him. Their kids are also kind and courteous. Feels like they're your good neighbors not just your typical property managers. I noticed that they're also picky on the type of tenants they want to live here. Never had any problems with other tenants in this building.
