The receptionist are great they are extremely friendly and helpful
The Doctors are great, didn’t rush me out and took the time to listen and help.
My Favourite walk-in around.

The previous reviews scared me and I thought I will not go to this place at all but then for an urgent stuff I had to take my son there, it's not bad at all.
The front desk, the doctor, the environment everything felt normal like any other medical place. Wait time was a little bit around an hour but I have waited more than this before at many locations so this did not feel that much to me and off course I would go again if I need to.
(They do stop taking patient after 5.30pm to make sure the doctor can check every one before 7 pm)

They deny patients entry when they are clearly open. The Jamaican lady behind the desk is unprofessional and needs to be replaced.she's dismissive, rude and terrible at her job. Don't waste your time and just choose somewhere else. 0 stars

Nothing urgent about this place. The wait time is ridiculous for no reason. Wasn’t even busy when I went, seems like the doctor was just lounging in the back.

I went there walk in I have pain my eyes the clinic close 7 oclock. I'm there 5 o'clock the lady so mean she told close and the doctor sitll in side I told her 7 oclock close not 5 the doctor there no good at he don't care

Extremely rude reception lady. Not even a smile, not sure if that’s expensive too in Toronto.
