How about instead of saying under 15 minutes, say 20 minutes or longer. I called for a cab on a Sunday, the slowest day of the week, and they chose to be late.

We called them 1.5 hours before our train was to leave. We missed the train. Only reason I’m giving Central 1 star is because I can’t give them 0 stars. They suck!

I called for a cab. I was told that it would be 5 minutes. After 20 minutes, called back and was told they would arrive in 10 minutes. They sent several text messages and called numerous times stating that the cab was on its way. I had also called them several times and their response was that it was on it's way. Long story short, it took almost 2.5 hours to arrive. I refused the ride at this time, as I had called another company who arrived at the same time (after only 15 minutes might I add). This is the last time I will ever use this company.

Taxi's at Central sure have changed since I was a kid. There's no classic meter anymore. It's all done with better technology. We used this service twice in the same weekend and the first taxi was a Tesla. Very impressive. First time I got to ride in one. Both drivers were very friendly.

One of their drivers threw cigarettes at me and cut me off with no signal while i was on my motorcycle. Called to make a complaint and they never called me back when they told me their supervisor was going to call me. Terrible company.

I was discharged from BGH this morning after being in emergency all night. Called central and ordered a cab using the automated system (5: 45am). After 15 minutes, my phone rang and it was the automated system notifying me that the cab was late and provided options (cancel, continue with booking, or speak to agent). I opted to speak to someone so I could be given information surrounding length of wait.

That person couldn't find my confirmation at first but realized that it wasn't on his list because none of their drivers picked up the fare.

So I asked how long it would be. Person said wait another 20 minutes to half hour and call back to check in or cancel. I canceled.

At 530am it isn't that busy that I will wait for a cab for an hour after being in hospital all night

I went with bluebird and a driver was there within 5 minutes.

Sorry central, there is a disconnect with your drivers or automated system.either way, I won't be utilizing central in the future.

Remove my personal situation from this equation, I'm not sure of anyone waiting over an hour for a cab go potentially cancel because a driver won't pick up the fare.
Doesn't seem like an efficient system.

The worst taxi company around. Some of the dispatch are a bit rude, and sometimes not very professional. Better options out there. The one dispatcher's behaviour towards me, over the phone the other night, was very disrespectful, and inappropriate. Then he hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Very inappropriate of him to ask for my phone number.

Great people, that have the auto garage. At this location. They should concern about what was happening to my vehicle. And the need to fix it. I would highly recommend this place for a auto repair shop, if you need a good place to go,

This taxi service is a COMPLETE scam. I have never had a worse experience with taxis in my life. DO NOT USE THEM. We ordered 2 cabs for a return trip and were charged over $300 in 'additional fees'. We initially booked these trips as the fares looked reasonable through their fare calculator on the app, with no indication that additional fees would be charged. When using the app they indicate that additional fees are charged for tolls or extra wait time, which we did not go through tolls and we waited an extra 20 minutes for THEM to pick us up. Even better, when trying to get ahold of the company no representatives ever pick up the phone. I'm telling you - do NOT use this service.

I spent $80 running back and forth in one day multiple times. The automated service took forever to get me a cab the first time, the second time was fine, the third time the guy was talking to his sister (which although I said was ok, it was still unprofessional) then he complained he didn't like his job and started texting while driving. Forth time the guy was great. I think his name was Kevin? Doesn't matter. Then when I tried to get a cab about 5 minutes after being dropped of I was left there holding a heavy package while the automated service couldn't get me a ride for over half an hour. Finally I called another cab company. I was almost close to giving it three stars but texting while driving is a big NO from me.

Central is ALWAYS late. It doesn't matter how many hours you prebook. The dispatch is nothing but ignorant and the drivers take what way they want to make the maximum amount of money, even though your already late and. Then you want to take the fastest route. My advice use Uber, I know I will be after today.

Pre-booked a ride to get to work one hour in advance. They were to late to assign a driver had to cancel and call a company so I wasn't late. Very unhappy about this

Place is a an absolute joke. Pre booked a cab to get to work and the time came next morning no drivers on the road. Avoid this joke of a company at all costs

I only used them twice on my unplanned stay in Belleville due to a breakdown, I don’t remember the name of my driver but WOW was he ever good. Easy to talk to and very punctual. If I ever need a cab service while there again, I will be calling them

If only one could leave less than 1 star. HORRIBLE service. Called for a cab and was told it would be 15-20 minutes. Half an hour of waiting in the cold later, still no driver assigned to come pick me up, and then the app refreshed and the ride had been cancelled. Called back in, and the rep couldn't possibly have cared less, and offered to put me back at the end of the line and that it would be ANOTHER 30+ minute wait. 25 minutes later, they call. I assume the driver's notifying me they're almost there. How foolish of me. It was dispatch, calling to see if, an HOUR after my first call, I would still like a cab. I assume just to rub it in? In the future, if my options are a cab from Central or a ride from a skeezy guy in a van offering free candy, I'll take my chances with the van.

Overall the cab companys timing and drivers seem fine it the 25$ each way that gets me they say that they only charge what the meter says but thats not true so i used 20$ in cab fair 10$ each way and it cost me 50$ ya you get the difference back the next day but that is beside the point they shouldnt be aloud to do that i will not be using them again seeing it will be 50 each time

60 plus dollars from Belleville to trenton just wow these guys price gouge people that can't afford to pay for a car.
