Central Taxi

Always make a time call a half hour early in order to make it to work on time.never seem to want to actually show up at the time reserved lately, I would think making what is essentially a reservation they would have someone available for that time, and they used to be amazing but service has really gone downhill. I don't feel like constantly being late for work anymore despite calling in order to arrive a half hour early.

Drivers are reckless, incompetent, anything but timely, and most of all DANGEROUS. My last three drivers have swerved across lanes, raced through yellow lights, and given me and my fellow passengers disrespect beyond words. The dispatchers will lie to you about wait times and availability, and share the disrespectful attitude of their drivers. I hope you can do better in the future Central Taxi, because right now I can’t call you without fearing for my life

I use them twice a day, everyday. I set up time calls, always. I’m sick of being late for work when I do everything I can to make sure I am not. The service is unreliable.

There is a tiny man that works for this taxi company that is very "short" tenpered. He was so rude to the point where we refused his service. This ride of a person makesforce our entire party to call busy bee instead.

When someone calls asking about an early arrival text, don't lie and say the driver is in the driveway. Clearly, if they were in my driveway, I wouldn't have called you. I am BEYOND disappointed in the service I received. I've been a regular customer for years and I won't be calling back.

Having last minute travel to the states I was able to prebook a ride with Central Taxi for pickup in Victoria Bay. The driver was not early but on-time and got me safely to the city airport for my travels.

Michelle our dispatch was wonderful & kind. We agreed to share details through email as our passengers had specific concerns. Through a little correspondence we were well taken care of. I had a great experience with Michelle and our driver Dave.

Pleasant drivers both ways felt comfortable and safe driving on dark country roads too. Thank you

Waited 1.5 hours in the humid hot heat when they said they would only be 30 mins. Once the cab had finally arrived after 3 phonecalls were made after the original one. Once in the cab I ask the driver "could I have the owners contact information? " And was told they don't have cards. Completely unprofessional in my opinion, I will never take this can company as long as they are around and I will continue to tell everyone I know in my lovely small hometown about this experience and to never take central ever again.

The worst taxi service ever. The lady who picks up phone when you call to book taxi is so rude and racist. Will never book taxi from them ever

Not the worst, at least got us from point a to point b. We called for a cab on the Friday of the long weekend and the dispatcher was out of it. Waited until the last ring to pick up and constantly sighing and speaking very loudly. I asked for a van cab since we had 4 people and it would be more comfortable and no one would have to sit up front but I was met with the loud exclamation “I have no van cabs on the road tonight! ” Like okay? No need to get aggressive about it. Then he was constantly sighing and made it seem like my business was a chore

My driver picks me up every Sunday night from my sons. Super sweet guy offers to help me every time when I have things to carry. Will continue giving them my business

Cabby verbally abused me and screamed at me. Police report was made. When an attempt was made to call dispatch to inform them I was hung up on. Do NOT use their service: this fare was dispatched to a handicap person at an ambulatory hospital service.

Waited for busy bee taxi for 40 mins which was supposed to be “right away”, central showed up where I was at to pick someone else up and our driver said he’d take us quick and come back for his original ride (sorry whoever Rebecca is). He got us home speedy lol thanks central you have my vote.

I phone 6 hours ahead of time to schedule a cab for a doctors appointment. They were 40 minutes late picking me up. I was late for my doctors appointment. I asked the cab driver if he could come back and picked me up. He told me yes just give them a call I had to waited over an hour.
I am an elderly woman suffering in pain. That’s why I was at the doctors. Both times I made phone calls as to where my cab was and the dispatch person was very rude each time telling me I wasn’t the only person that needs a cab.
They were late, rude and unapologetic! Not only would I not recommend this cab company to anyone. I would tell you to steer clear of this company!
