Central Taxi

Canadian Tire called me a taxi, after waiting over an hour and a half no one showed up, they ended up finishing my car early so I just drove home. Nothing wrong in Canadian Tires end, I watched them call and confirm pickup. Don’t take cabs often but now I know who not to call!

Ia personally handing caped and in a wheel chair The drivers were extremely diligently in making sure I was safe at all times.

I had pre arranged a pick up for transport to Niagara health on fourth Ave as I had an appointment. The driver arrives and after getting in he advises me his debit/credit machine is not working. He asks me if it would be ok to stop at an ATM, as I was early I agreed. After two attempts I got the cash and got to the hospital. This is a 7 minute drive from my place without stops. The final amount was $21.90 I gave him $20.00. I’m owed $4.00 plus a lot more for the aggravation. I incurred $6.00 in bank fees and since when does it cost that much for a 7 minute drive total rip off, also I’ve left several messages regarding this issue with no response

Took 30 minutes to get to the grocery store. The cab tracker showed the driver 3 minutes away. Call an Uber, ETA's are more accurate.

I'm getting tired of the drivers not having the debit machine on and working, telling me that I HAVE to pay in cash.

Their wheelchair transit is non-existent after 4 pm. I have been continuously left stranded. I always book a taxi in advance and the ride is confirmed. I will then get a message at pick up time that a driver is on their way. Minutes later I get a message that the ride was cancelled. I had to drive 4km alone in my wheelchair at 11: 30pm just so I could get home. Central Taxi you need to do better. You are failing to provide wheelchair users with a human right. Take control and make a difference.

The cab driver was horsing around on my disability account pertentending that he didn't know where I was going. Made the fair a ways higher. These brown ppl are trying to rip off the Government
