Central X-Ray & Ultrasound

Went for a breast ultrasound. The receptionist was very friendly. The technician was quite the opposite. She put quite a lot of pressure rubbing her instrument. I mentioned to her that it was uncomfortable. As a result she added even more pressure on my other breast which was sore for the next 3 days. I had that same exam done before but this was a hell of a bad experience. Never go back to that place.

Best in Town. Very good service and technician are very Knowledgable and very skillfull. Gurbinder is the beat and very knowledgable technician.

I have had really lovely experiences with my pregnancy ultrasounds at Central X-Ray over the last 1.5 years, with 2 seperate pregnancies.
The reception staff are friendly, thoughtful and helpful. They contact you very quickly once a referral is received and appointments have always been available when I've needed them.
The sonographers are wonderful as well. Mara especially, with her tenure of experience with high risk pregnancies and calm, comforting demeanor.

I'm not sure why some ppl have posted bad reviews, nevertheless, I can only speak about my own experience.

I called this place for an ultrasound appointment on a Friday morning, one was vascular, looking for clots, the other for my calf. The receptionist (Gagan) took my call & gave me the earliest time which was for Monday! I told her if I'm still alive by then, I'll see them on Mon. Given the importance of the Vascular ultrasound, since it was related to blood clots, she put me on a brief hold & spoke to someone & told me to come in for the vascular on the same day, the other one on Mon. I felt very grateful, it helped my anxiety a bit.

Went in & within 10 min I was seen by a technician (Mara). I have been to many ultrasounds appointments in the past & I'll tell you, she was the best technician I've encountered with. Very professional, very discreet, very knowledgeable & very patient. It was a wonderful experience, specially once I found out, there was no Clots! Mara is definitely one of the best in her field & deserves recognition for her work, whom seemed to enjoy every minute of her job.

Came back on Monday & saw (Maged) for the second ultrasound. He was also professional, quick & courteous.

Again, I'm only speaking of my own experience & I highly recommend this location for all your ultrasound & x-ray needs.

The same Adam gentleman making a review is the same man who verbally abused the staff and technician Mara. I hope you seek help for your anger management. Do not believe all these reviews you read. I have had great experiences with Mara at multiple clinics. She is kind and patient. She also could not have been the tech for most of the negative reviews since she hasnt worked there that long. The staff does not put up with bullies, as they shouldn't. Husbands are only allowed in at the end of the ultrasound. This is knowledge at many clinics. Being rude and aggressive does not persuade the staff to change their minds.

I went with my 7 year old for an X-Ray. Staff at the front are super welcoming and friendly. Not to mention efficient. I forgot to get the Technicians name. Wonderful women with the red hair. Her service deserves 10 stars. She made my son feel comfortable. Worked quickly but without making us feel rushed. Fast enough pace where kids weren’t getting antsy or had time to cry. Best experience ever

Highly rude and incompetent ultrasound technician, Mara. What a terrible experience, and we'll never go back. I'd rather travel two hours away.

I hope the owner read this and reevaluates her position there - and by reading the other reviews and comments, I'm sure it's not a shock.

The rest of the staff were very pleasant.

My son who is on the Autism spectrum just had his X-ray and the staff was so kind and accommodating.

Friendly staff, didn't have to wait long. Was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed how can the close at 4: 40pm but they should be open till 5 pm. Can’t understand why they are even open if they didn’t stick to their schedule. Very upset

I wish I could give 0 stars but that’s not an option. It is shocking that for the second time I came here the staff were SO deliberately rude. When you first walk in, the staff at the front desk will have a look on their face that lets you know you are very unwelcome. After they let you stand there feeling awkward as they chit-chat about their personal lives, they look up (with an angry face) and ask you “do you have an appointment” with absolutely zero greeting. Not to be nitpicky but it’s a walk-in clinic as well so maybe starting with how may I help you would be a good change.
The ultrasound technician full on ignored me and then walked away when I asked a question in response to her. She literally smirked and walked away. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a young person or not but I was shocked.

I did not react to any of this because I believe in always being kind but my goodness if you have C-PTSD or don’t want ur special ultrasound experience to be ruined I would NOT recommend coming here.

I went in for my two first trimester scans - both times I saw Gurbinder. I had a very pleasant and positive experience with her- she was welcoming, kind and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be going back to her for my 20 week scan! Thank you Gurbinder for making this such a positive experience for me:)

Have had to take my 2 year old son for a few ultrasounds. Had 2 different ladies both were good but the last one was the better one, she was older lady. Explained everything, talked to my son and was playing with him. The only downfall was having an appointment but still waiting 20 mins, other than that it's nice there's somewhere local to go, and one that treats toddlers amazing

Been multiple times - staff is always efficient and as accommodating as possible sometimes people are late not The staffs fault- tech and front desk staff are kind and polite - even when the public is not so much

Based on my multiple visits to the clinic for myself and with my parents. My elderly parents use this clinic for all their scans like ultrasound, x-day and BMD. We are really satisfied with the service and we highly recommend this place to others.

It took 3 days to get an appointment because we were on hold so long we hung up. When we finally talked to the receptionist she was very rude and actually wouldn’t give us an appointment. We will never deal with them again

Had a 20 week ultrasound today and has such an amazing experience. The lady took her time, she was super kind and was informing me of all the body parts of the baby. It was such a wonderful experience. I also got to here my babies heart beat and they printed photos out for me!

Please do book your appointment in advance and you will get faster service. Staff is so wonderful and kind. I was in the need of extra assistance and they helped me so politely. I would highly recommend this place.

Took my 94 year old mother in for a chest X-ray because we had to walk there and it was close to home. They refused to do it since she was unable to stand unaided for 10 minutes. I use a wheelchair and have had many chest X-rays done sitting on a stool. And none of them took 10 minutes! But they turned her away and said go somewhere else. Totally ridiculous.
