Centre Branch YMCA

I never had bad experience in this ymca branch. I learned how to swim with my step-father and my mom when I was young, it's one of my impactful moment in life. Now sometimes I go there just to swim or play squash, I never had problems there. You can workout too but you need to book for squash court, but most time they have free spaces.

Very clean, well-maintained facility. Lots of programs to choose from. Friendly and accommodating staff. I felt welcomed here!

I don’t think they have enough staff. I went after work and had to wait 20-25 minutes at the front desk. The worker let someone blatantly cut in front of me and then helped them and the entire group they were with before me.

Good equipment and good area since it’s right beside my school but Juan has to be one of the worst employee experiences ever. Was gonna help me renew my membership, but after a minute of talking gets distracted by 5 other people, and proceeds to help them instead of me. Fire this man immediately

Great and new facilities. Pool always clean. Clean showering spots. Library very ideal for students and professionals. Great and professional attitude from employees. Young and families will enjoy it. Keep up the good work.

Great place to workout and release all your stress. The ymca has great programs and classes. It is family oriented.

Hate filled place that I was kicked out of because of individuals connected to the catholic church and to catholic central high school in London Ontario Canada it goes further than that but no need to explain here

I love the place but had to end my membership due to health reasons. Rejoined and everyone is very nice I renewed my membership and it’s like I never left. Everyone is so nice and even if I only go couple times a week I am always acknowledged and respected

Very good staff. Good amenities. CLEAN. Need in renovating in some places, but generally - VERY GOOD.

Too bad that it closes too early, closing at 10 p.m. Would be really great for those who work late…

It's a decent place but the hours are no good and they should open there front doors agine. Like before covid.

This is a great gym, lots of equipment and two squash courts! The staff is very friendly but they should be open on Sundays and have a longer Saturday at-least till 5 or 6pm!

A fully equipped resource for health and fitness activities that is a real asset to Downtown London that it most needs.

Friendly staff and clean quiet treehouse. Love brining the kiddos here. Parking is good too

I love that there is a small fitness room in the women's plus room at CBY; it is almost always in use. I love having a dry sauna, a steam room, and a hot-tub as well. I love that you are located down-town, serve a very diverse, inter-cultural community, and have members of all ages, of all abilities, and with various needs. CBY is a very open, welcoming, and inclusive community. One of my favourite programs is the free adult swim lessons on Tuesday evenings. I like that there is a wide variety of programs, including yoga, that fitness trainers are available for one-on-one training, and there are programs like Y-Thrive to give guidance when you need some ideas on what makes a good routine. My grandson really enjoyed the tree-house when he visited recently. I am extremely happy that I joined the Y, and in particular, Centre Branch Y.

The London Centre Branch offers numerous programs and activities run by enthusiastic, skilled instructors! The management and staff are clearly focused on ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all! Well done!
