The staff at Centre for Restorative Medicine are very personable and professional. Lena is very welcoming and efficient at the reception desk. I've been a patient of Dr. Turek for many years and I'm grateful she referred me to Dr. Arsenau for a high D dimer count. After a few months it decreased to an acceptable level. Lately Dr. Arsenau has been helping with my energy and stamina. I'm feeling more energetic.exercising and walking further. Thank you to all!

Dr Arseneau is great! Very friendly and good with getting to the root of your problem! After seeing him for 6 months I am feeling a lot better! Cat is also incredible. She makes me feel so comfortable and safe when getting my IV treatments. Lina is a wonderful receptionist who is always happy to answer any one of my questions and concerns. I could go on about the staff here as they have made my experience well worth the expense! I highly recommend this clinic

I must say that everyone associated with the Centre, has been awesome. The women who meet you at reception right up to and including the nurses, technicians and doctors are always so friendly and helpful. My daughter has suffered with terrible cystic acne for years and CRM (and Dr. Robyn) was recommended after multiple failed attempts to manage (ands solve) her acne problem.

I've gone to Roseanne for lip injections and each time has been amazing. I always feel super comfortable and she does not try to give me more than I need, making it look very natural. The office has very friendly staff and have had no problems booking an appointment. If you are looking for a place to go to do fillers that is safe, clean, and professional this is the place to be!

For the first time ever, someone finally explained my Botox treatment to me. I actually feel like I got the correct treatment and wasn't ripped off by being lured in the door with a 20 unit special and having $500 of stuff pushed on me. Definitely going back to this clinic for future treatment!

I go to this clinic for botox and lip filler treatments and would recommend them to anyone! I have bad anxiety over needles and Roseanne makes the process unbelievably smooth & easy for me. For anyone in the same boat, she's patient, attentive and gives amazing results.

I have used multiple services at this location as well as the Whitby location and find the staff compassionate and caring. Any time I have had a concern the staff have listened and acted quickly to assist me and ease any concerns I have. My health has transformed and every day I feel better and my skin is looking better. I have a customized program created just for me and I stick to it. My only regret is not making an appt sooner. Rosanne is not a nice person at all. If you have any skin problems do not trust her to help you, i had a horrible experience with her. I had been getting laser genesis done, probably spent around a 1000 on these treatments and was really happy, When my skin Was better, They told me i should get a peel, I had trusted them up until now and it was working.after my peel my skin broke out like crazy, it was inflamed and i was super upset. I emailed their office pictures with a explanation of how it felt and how i was confused because Cat said my skin would be plump and glowy and smooth after this peel with no bad side affects. Well, i sent that email on friday night expecting them to see it monday morning. For some reason Cat saw it and responded right away.i was happy to see a response as i was pretty upset and she was very nice told me to keep her updated and that Rosanne wanted to discuss what happened monday, when i went in monday i was very upset about my face but blamed no one, i thought we were all working towards the same goal of getting my skin clear and that we were going to get it under control. I waited 45 mins extra to talk to Rosanne and the first thing she said to me was sorry you had to wait but im not really that sorry. As i walked into her office she closed the door and started yelling at me and being super rude and telling me i was out of place to complain, that it is unthinkable to email on the weekend and that her weekend was ruined because Cat her assistant was responding to me she also was being bothered. I explained i never was expecting a response and she kept yelling and telling me off and that my skin problems are my fault and its not her fault that there must be something wrong with me inside. I have never been so uncomfortable. She is so unprofessional. It was so upsetting, I would actually hate to see this woman again. If you have skin problems and want Laser treatments there are so many places in GTA that offer the same things with practically the same pricing if not better. Do not support this crazy lady with your face. My naturopath actually recommended me to go to her and when i told him this story and he said that one of his nurses had the exact same experience with her and that he was sorry and to not go to her again, he said she is a very difficult woman. She has good tools, find ANYONE else with the same tools!
Also one of these ratings that is a 5 star is the girl who does the laser treatments.
