Wonderful venue. We've seen a few shows now here and the seats are nice and comfortable, there's leg room, if you need a bathroom break during intermissions they've done extensive remodeling and there's little to no wait

Great facility, highly recommend the lounge pass for great drinks before show. And good food can pre order in the lounge.

Wonderful acoustics! The size of the venue is just perfect, you have a great view from back mezzanine to 3rd floor balcony. Professional staff.

What a fantastic venue for live music. It's modern, it's clean, it's licenced, the staff are excellent, and the sound is awesome! Came here to see The Mavericks and left completely satisfied and impressed.

The Mavericks 30th anniversary tour show was excellent! Seats were comfortable.accoustcs great.view from mezzanine to the stage was great. A very good overall experience.

I went to my first symphony last night and the experience was like no other. A huge thanks to the all of the musicians that dedicate their lives to making beautiful sound. You shall see me again.

Last evening Oct 28, we attended "The Mavericks" show and it was fantastic, incidentally it was our first time at this theatre, and we have to say it 's a fabulous venue. We have seen The Mavericks before, and always enjoy their show. However, we have to ask why the theatre has to continually pepper the audience with what look like automobile lights, makes one feel like a deer in the headlights. As a result, we cannot see who is on stage, I finished up wearing sunglasses to reduce these annoying white dazzling lights.

Amazing venue! Got to see Carly Rae Jepsen here! Acoustics of the theatre were flawless! The seats were super comfortable and not flimsy and old like other theatres in KW area. Venue had great parking and friendly staff. Would definitely come back to see a show here again!

I've seen multiple shows here and will see multiple more, I've never had an issue and enjoy coming here.

Spacious yet not overwhelming. Great place to perform as a choir - risers have so much room to move around, you have no fear of falling over the edge.

Very great venue with a lot of different productions (ballet, plays, orchestra, presentations, etc).

You won’t be disappointed by your seats since most tend to have a good view of the stage. Note: the seats you choose vary in quality and subsequently, price.

There is usually a limit on photography here, so no need to bring your camera. I would advise turning off your phone and enjoying the production.

Often, show people are available after their performance to answer questions or say hi. Take pictures then. (This varies by production).

If you have VIP lounge access, it’s quite nice. If you can afford it, I recommend it.

A world class acoustic, good sounds throughout. Good sight lines. Not sure why the Chieftans sound level was so high. Is this usual now in big venues?

Grew venue for concerts. Though there is no general admission area. (Front stage standing area)

Good intimate venue. Organized and clean. Great food options at the outside congregation deck. Lines were too long for licenced drinks, more bartenders needed!

What I really like about this auditorium is that the sight lines are good from any seat and great sound in this room.

Margaret Atwood was an inspiring and entertaining speaker. Parking is a little difficult to locate, and a bit of a walk from the centre.

Love to have this gem in our backyard. Amazing acoustics. And always bringing in amazingly talented performers.

Nice concert hall. A great place for me and my grandson to attend a performance of Peter and the Wolf. He was so impressed and inspired that he asked me to play the symphony on YouTube instead of a bedtime story. Local musicians allowed him to test their instruments. It spurred him to play his father's instruments which previously were in storage.

They have redone the center in the square and it looks really really nice over the years. Been here as a kid and now as an adult and really is nice. Seen a couple magic shows here and a few other things.

Excellent acoustics and seating. Reasonably priced events. Ushers are very kind and helpful. Clean facility.

Always have a good variety of shows. New parking lot makes the venue more accessible. The theatre is starting to show its age.

Sat in the last row in the balcony for Kinky Boots. Two delays for technical difficulties and the sound system was horrendous. We expected much better than this, but it definitely wasn’t the actors’ faults.

Enjoyed the Grand Philharmonic Choir performance Bach's St Matthews Passion. Excellent soloists and choir/ orchestra. Fine Good Friday tradition.

"Kinky Boots" was just okay. Wish Cindy Lauper had written better music for this musical. Actors gave a credible performance.

I LOVE the caliber of acts I have seen here! Some greats from my homeland (england) which 100% helps the occasional homesickness!

Attended musical - Kinky Boots. Sat in last row of upper balcony. Normally, hall has superior acoustics, but words were often unclear. Not sure whether it was the seats or the performance. Decent venue for individual tickets, but their policies do not consider group sales unless you have already sold the tickets prior to ordering. For good group sales go to one of the Drayton theatres or many others.

Disappointed with the production issues during Kinky Boots today. Very talented performed but too many technical difficulties.

Beautiful facility with a great variety of shows.too bad it's hard to go that often financially. Many must feel the same way when the theatre isn't even half full.

The only downside to this theatre is that if youre sitting in the middle you have to walk through like 40 people to get to your seat theres no aisles

I had the greatest date night! I would go see almost anything here. I love getting dressed up for a fun evening out. All class!

Nice venue to see events. Really theres no bad seat in the house. The order ahead drink feature is nice to speed up your wait at intermissions.

Incredible place to see a show, Electric Thursdays are a must and if you can see a band or play you love here, it will be amazing.the acoustics are unreal!

Saw generation axe perform here, well set up for concerts, acoustics were pretty good, it was 5 guitarists so that muddied the sound more than the acoustics did. I enjoyed the show in whole, i was not a fan of the lack of room in the seats or in front of the seats, but i would go back, performer dependant.

I was there to see the Nutcracker ballet. The background sceneries for the production were especially beautiful. It was an enjoyable program. The Centre in the Square does a remarkable job. Their programs are awesome, their staff is helpful and friendly, the place is well kept. Parking is a bit of a problem if you choose not to valet park. You have to be careful parking on side streets due to restrictions. There is always paid parking.

The place features some excellent performances, but it requires some improvements to make the visotor's experience completely enjoyable. The seats are fairly small and not spaced apart enough. There is not enough washrooms, so huge lineups form during intermission and some people have to spend their time waiting in line.

Saw Generation AXE there. So much talent on the stage ruined by horrible sound. Everything was muddled drowning out any decernable detail. Will probably pass on any future show at this venue.

Hate it when they don't allow you to select your seats but force you to select "Best available" - won't buy seats without being able to see the seating map - seems kind of senseless to me.
