Our dog has had many health issues since we got her. Dr. Slome and Dr. Teegar, the vet techs and admin have all been so knowledgeable, patient, empathetic and genuinely care about our furry family member. I feel comfortable leaving my little dog with them and trust the medical advice given and interventions made. They have all helped our dog and she is so much healthier now. I am so grateful to the team at Centre Street Animal Hospital and 100% recommend.

If we could give Dr. Slome’s practice 100 stars, then we would. His caring, compassionate response each time our dog required care and/or treatment was superb, and we could not have asked for more. He is the best vet we have ever had.

Great place to take your vet, all staff are professional, knowledgeable and they provide great customer service no matter how may times you get in touch with them to ask questions. Great doctors too, they spend time explaining everything and answer all questions although they have many patients. The hospital also provides educational material which is really helpful for new pet owners. Absolutely recommend this place.

I am a first time fur mom to an 8mo old shihpoo. Charli has been a patient at CSAH since we got her at 8 weeks in January 2021. She has always had a great experience in the clinic and never gives me a hard time when I have to drop her off for her appointments. In fact she practically jumps into the staff member's arms when they come out to get her (I am convinced that she is part kangaroo!).
I have been extremely impressed with the service and care that she has received to date at CSAH. My questions and concerns are always addressed in a timely manner, either by phone or by email. I was most impressed with the care that she got after her recent spay surgery. Because she is a very active and playful puppy [owing to the fact that I still believe she is part kangaroo:) ] she had some issues with oozing from her incision postoperatively. Dr Slome and his staff were always there for me with my gazillion emails, and saw Charli several times during the 2 weeks following the surgery, to put my mind at ease. His care and advice was spot on and she did very well in the end. I would recommend Dr Slome and his clinic to any fur parent who are looking for a veterinarian for their pet. We think he is amazing!

We also had a bad experience at centre street! I was with them for many years and my dog got sick they weren’t there for us!

Dr. Slome and his team are superb. I wish he also was a human doctor! He listens carefully to what this pet mommy is seeing and takes everything seriously. He is gentle and sensitive when sharing information, and offers options for costly treatments whenever he can. The service in this hospital is very good. Any physical problems of our three cats are consulted and solved here. Our three kids are very relax in hospital.

Found this clinic near me when I had to relocate with my cats. Doctor and technicians are very professional and handle my cats very well. My previous vet doctor actually worked there too! (Very small world!)

Maybe good for vaccination and regular checkups but certainly not professional enough for critical conditions. Staff and doc were friendly but a bit pushy on selling their special diet food. They gave my cat some special food and antibiotics and sent him home without figuring out what diesease he had and I contacted another vet the day after who told me to go directly to emergency clinic and it turned out to be the right decision. I understand that diagnosing animals is not easy and mistakes are common but at least a trained professional should be able to tell how critical the condition is and if the patient should be referred to a specialist or emergency instead of selling some food (which is not that special) and unnecessary medication.

Dr Slome and his staff are simply the best! They are all so caring and compassionate, you really couldn’t ask for more!

I brought my boy, Bingo, who's 8 years old Aussie Shepherd to the Clinic. Dr. Slome and the team were very professional, friendly and compassionate. My boy has had bilateral complete cranial cruciate ligament rupture. He is now fully recovered after the second leg surgery. I am very pleased with the Clinic.

I have been with Dr. Slome since he opened his clinic and all my animals have received excemplary care from day one. He never pushes any unnecessary tests, only those warranted. The staff is always polite, caring and helpful. Yes, I would reccomend this caring clinic to anyone.
