Excellent, excellent, excellent office. My GP is at this clinic and the experience has always been very pleasant. Most recently I went into the urgent care on the weekend through this office and both the receptionist and physician were super attentive and helpful. I am grateful to be a patient at this office.

I have been going to this clinic for a little over two years, I have had a lovely experience with Dr. Bajwa. She is always understanding of my issues and quickly responds. The reception is full of great people as well, Nadia is very kind and inviting whenever I come by.

After hours clinic is so convenient. Doctors and Nadia the receptionist are so kind and accomodating. Not to mention the pharmacy on site. So happy we are patients of Dr. Bajwa. She takes time with you and explains thoroughly. She is a great doctor!

These reviews must be fake, they NEVER pick up, it is impossible to get ahold of them. The only reason for the one star is Dr. Maria Chow is awesome. But everything else about this place sucks where it’s not even worth it to stay. It is pathetic that you can leave voicemails, and call repeatedly for days and never have a response. Owners need to take a good look at who is running the front of this place.

Dr Moosa is my family doctor almost 2 years now and I would like to take a moment to say that not only Dr Moosa + his office ppl are great because whenever I called and even he is off the office ppl contact him even at home and from home he makes thing done by calling pharmacy for any kind of important refill.
Hard to find now a days a great doctor & his office team.

Dr. Jessica Bajwa is a great family doctor and has always listened to my concerns. She is patient and extremely knowledgeable. She is very kind and compassionate.

Recommended this place to my friends and family. Good family doctors and the on site pharmacy team is on top of things!

My family doctor is always on vacation or only available very limited times, books phone appointments for problems I need them to physically look at, never picks up their phone or picks up and puts us on hold for a long time. In the beginning this clinic was good, but gradually it’s been getting so hard for me to simply even speak to the receptionist. I’ve been calling about my results for the past two weeks and haven’t got a hold of any one! Look elsewhere. The walk in on Rutherford and Weston is much better.

Dr. Bajwa is a wonderful Dr. I can’t say enough about her. She is very knowledgeable and takes her time to explain and guide you to the right place. The secretaries are wonderful too. Thank you Dr. Bajwa

This isn't the first time that I have had an issue with the receptionist being rude and telling me that its not urgent to speak to my physician and books a appointment for me in a weeks time. The receptionist doesn't even know me so how would she know or understand what I am telling her. They should get a new receptionist.

So glad I found Aqil at Pharmasave! I am a type 1 diabetic and as such I have elevated needs and expectations of my pharmacy, as I spend a lot of money each month.

Other large franchise-type pharmacies have let me down time and time again. Usually one Rx doesn’t go through my benefits, and they end up charging me full pop for everything when I pick up! I am then required to submit a manual submission, resulting in running a balance on my credit card and chasing my benefits company for months. HEAD ACHES!

Not with manager/owner Aqil at Pharmasave located at 7777 Westin Road. He’s like my little benefits warrior - constantly going to battle to ensure each and every prescription has gone through my benefits each month PRIOR to my arrival at his pharmacy. This makes for a stress-free visit each and every time.

Aqil is so customer-focused he even ordered special flavored Dex 4’s just for me! I’ve never seen the flavors he gets at any other pharmacy!

When Aqil left his prior pharmacy to open up this store, I followed him despite the fact it was an extra 40 minute drive for me. I’ve been seeing him monthly for close to 10 years now. Let that speak to his professionalism and patient-centered approach to customer care and service. He is 100% worth the drive and I will always rely on him and his staff to fulfill all my families Rx needs!

Dr. Al Imari is fantastic. She is extremely thorough, she is caring, patient and goes into depth when explaining results. The reception staff on the other hand is terrible. They never answer the phone and if they do they have you on hold for 20 minutes. They are extremely rude, unhelpful and hang up before you could even finish speaking. Other reviews are replied to in the same way, providing an email address to send your complaints to. I've never received a response from the given email address and I have been a patient for years. If it wasn't for Dr. Al Imari, I would have found a new clinic to attend.

Love this clinic! They are really prompt and always ready to help whenever I call. Not to mention, the front desk is super kind and lovely, which is rare for most clinics I’ve encountered in the past. Highly recommend!

Dr Lina Al Imari is our family physician and we are very pleased with her professionalism and compassion. She acts quickly on issues and or concerns and is caring. The office staff is wonderful also. Highly recommend this medical clinic.

I've had a great experience at the clinic. They have been accommodating to my requests when booking appointments. There is also an excellent on site pharmacy, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very knowledgeable staff that balance efficiency and friendliness all at an extremely convenient location.

When I called to book an appointment to find a family dr, I spoke to Beatrice who was very very kind and professional. She answered all my questions thoroughly unlike many other admins in the area. I'm excited to meet my new family dr thanks to the great service from the admin staff!

Lady on the phone was not nice, had no interest in introducing the clinic or providing any information I asked for.

Another walk in useless clinic that refuses walk in cases. My son had a foot injury. Is Friday noon, clinic waiting room is empty, my son is in pain and they told me to go to emergency.
I asked to talk to the doctor and they refused and said that is by appointment only.
I find this unacceptable and someone should do something about it.

Very friendly and responsive. Able to easily book appointments and get information regarding prescriptions. Great with follow up both at the clinic and pharmacy.

Dr. Moosa Fadhel was the worst doctor. It was the worst decision to choose him as our family doctor. He was completely unprofessional, inexperienced and didn’t care about his patients. I give him a zero rating.

I love this clinic. Dr Lee is my family doctor and I truly appreciate how thorough he is and he carefully listens to my concerns. Whenever he considers another health expert can help me better, he is very quick to refer me and find me a good options for the well-being of my health. I would choose him over and over because he is very professional and dedicated to my care as a patient.

One of the best medical facilities I have ever been to and happy to call it my family doctor's office. The facility is extremely clean, well kept and has the reputation in Vaughan to be one of the most modern clinics out there.

Doctor Lina AI-Imari is one of the best family doctors out there. Diagnosis's you accurately, is on time, and very knowledgable about all facets of your medical record. Very caring, personable, and is an extremely nice medical professional.

Very bad and painful experience. The one star I am giving just because they are easy to approach. Easy and fast appointment and no waiting time! Dr Lina is not experienced in IUD insertion at all. Wrong impression that she is expert in women’s health stuff. She attempted twice to put iud and failed to do so, rather ended up with a painful bleeding. Never go there for IUD insertion. Very horrible experience! Had it done twice in my life and never experienced this much pain. My bad luck to go to her!

It is a shame to read the last review on this site. Based on the rest of the reviews, the clinic is clearly well run by the staff and the physicians take excellent care of the patients.

The last review attacks the physician’s competence based on a single event. IUD insertion is usually straight forward, but there is a 2% complication rate (the procedure must be stopped because of a problem with anatomy that day or perforation if the procedure is continued despite resistance). As someone who has had four IUDs inserted, I will admit that I had a perforation with my second, which was performed by someone that I would still trust with my life, even after the event. She performs hundreds of these a year. Statistically, there will be a complication, and it was me on that day.

I am certain that these numbers must have been quoted to H K, and it is sad to see her attacking a physician on a public forum that it not allowed to defend herself because of confidentiality.

This physician has many years of training and experience, and she deserves more than a personal attack on her competence because you were unfortunately the one who has an unsuccessful insertion. It sounds like MANY other people had wonderful experiences with her. Good for her for pausing the procedure rather than pushing through and risking a perforation.

H K, I’m sorry that you had a negative experience, but please realize that you are attacking someone on a personal level who is not allowed to give her side of the story.

Dr. Lina Al- Imari was very professional. Getting an appointment was easy. Wait time was short. As a new patient to the clinic, I would definitely recommend them to all!
