Amazing dental centre, great service and pleasant receptionists. If you go ask for Jocelyn, as a kid I saw like 4-5 different orthodontists a year and she was the best I've ever seen. Nothing she did hurt, she was very educational and gave me plenty of tips in regards to the health of my teeth and gums, and she was really funny throughout the whole cleaning too. Best dental experience I could've asked for. *chefs kiss*?

Wow! I just want to take a few minutes to personally thank Lindsay and Dr. Erak for the most excellent care yesterday. I am a new patient at the clinic. They really care about their patients and went above and beyond to help me and continue to do so. I feel super lucky to be in their care! What a great team!

I had an appointment today for a dental cleaning and my hygienist (Sue) was simply outstanding. She was newly assigned to me, but was obviously extremely well acquainted with my file - I was very impressed! And of course, she was very proficient and courteous during the session. Moreover, she gave me precious guidance in regards to my dental benefits. Above and beyond I say. Finally, I must say the whole office is excellent. My dentist, Dr. Ghamian is outstanding and so are the other dentists that have occasionally attended to me since I started going to Centrum Dental in 2012.

I am an incredibly nervous patient and Dr. Khoury, Christy and Bessa, and Suzy as well as the wonderful admins out front have all been so patient and caring with me. It had been a long time since I had been to a dentist so I needed a lot of work done. I can't say I enjoy going to the dentist but I can go now and I know I am in good hands. If you are nervous, give them a call. THANKS for everything!

I had my appointment today at 12.30. However, I came to the clinic and the door was locked, called the clinic again and it was voicemail. The note on the door says they’ll be open at 1.20. I came back then but this time they couldn’t see my appointment on the system. I’ve suspected that something wrong since I didn’t receive any appointment reminder text/mail. Obviously there was a mistake. They said my appointment is tomorrow. I cannot come back tomorrow since I already took a half day off from my job today. When I ask them to cancel, they wanted to charge a short notice cancellation fee. It wasn’t my mistake obviously they have not booked my appointment somehow. This shouldn’t be the way to fix your mistake. I’m disappointed.

Very disappointed with the recent visit to the dental office. Took my daughter for oral hygiene. I was overcharged for this cleaning appointment when nothing extra was done for her. Staff is very rude. I will switch to another practice: (

Called and spoke with a lovely woman Lindsay about a few services I was interested in. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain every service I was inquiring about.

Great experience. All the staff is very friendly from the receptionists to every hygienists who me and my whole family dealt with. Also great thanks to Dr. Yamen Ghamian for giving my kids a pleasant and smooth experience despite how scared they were!

I had booked an appointment in advance @9: 30 AM while I dont see the dentist and hygienist until 10: 10AM after complaining several times. And when I finally see the them, they told me the previous patient cost an unexpected long time. I said OK, but I think I have the right to complain my waiting time. While they said it is normal to wait for an doctor appointment and the hygienist even said if you are complain I can not look at issue. WoW.

This is the worst dental centre！Don't go there. They charge us more $100 only because my husband asked the dentist one more question. In order to answer the question, the dentist checked my son’s teeth with his eyes. The dentist even not use any tool to check em. Then they charge us $100! Shame on them!

Our family has been going to Centrum Dental for years. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

Allison is a lovely hygienist! She has a gentle touch and was thorough with my cleaning. She even added a personal touch to the appointment with having my favorite music on to relax to.

I have had many issues with my dental work there. I had to return several times to fix the mistakes and eventually had to seek out another dentist to repair the issues. They do not seem experienced with modern techniques and are really not very skilled with any cosmetic dentisry. They did unnecessary work that was damaging to my natural teeth. Even basic fillings left me with long term pain.

Everyone at Centrum Dental is so wonderful. I feel like they really care that I have a good experience every time, and I'm grateful for the patience and sympathy they've all shown me when I was feeling nervous or asked a lot of questions about something. The intake form was very entertaining as well. These guys have a good sense of humor and I love it. I highly recommend this dental office.

As a new patient at the clinic, I saw Dr. Patoine twice now. She is an excellent dentist, explains everything thoroughly, and is very warm, personable and easy going! Her attititude, paired with her skills, I''d recommend her any day. A big thank you as well to her assistant, Ashley, for her patience and ability to put anyone at ease.

The receptionist is incredibly rude. They have nice equipment inside though. And the dentist guy himself was great. But having a rude person on the phone ruins it for me.

This is by far the best dentist office I've ever been too. The staff are so understanding and patient. Love this place. Would recommend!

The admin staff & dental hygiene staff are wonderful! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Ghamian is very nice, he checks in with you during a procedure often, explains everything to you as he goes along, and makes sure you are comfortable. Always a great experience.

I moved to the area right before the pandemic hit, and as a result hadn't been to the dentist in quite a while. Turns out I needed quite a bit of work done!

Dr. Patoine was wonderful - the least amount of discomfort or pain both during and after having the fillings done that I've ever experienced. Barely even felt the freezing! She took the time to explain the process, approach, and truly listened to my questions and concerns. Head and shoulders above work I've had done elsewhere in the past!

Ashley was the dental assistant working with Dr. Patoine, and in what has to be a theme, was very gentle throughout the procedures. Plus, fantastic with the suction - an area where previous places I've been haven't been good at dealing with. She was also training a new assistant, which was neat to see - very knowledgeable, with lots of explanations and tips.

Overall, a fantastic experience for something I've always dreaded - a big thank you to the team!

One of my recently done filling came off. Clinic said they need to charge me again since the dentist who worked on my tooth left the clinic and a new dentist needs to get paid. Otherwise, they advised me to contact the new clinic of my old dentist. I find it very strange but maybe it is a common practice in dentistry. Other than that, I was happy with the clinic.

The people are very friendly and competent! The experience is always incredibly painless when I need to get my teeth checked

Doctor Mr. Taner solved my dental problem, which I had been experiencing for months, with great effort. He is very meticulous and clean at his work. He relaxes you by telling you the process he follows at the moment of treatment. Other staffs were very friendly there too, thanks to all.

Good hygienist and dentist. They listen to your concerns. They also answer your questions, but don't force anything on you. I'll definitely be coming back here for my next cleaning.

They offer nitrous if you need sedation, and when I came in the past for a filling, there was a TV and Netflix in the room. I didn't have that option for today's cleaning though.

If you get flavor options for fluoride at your cleaning appointment, stay away from the grape fluoride. It is very bitter.

I’ve always had great experiences at Centrum Dental. Friendly, kind & knowledgeable staff. Dr. Taner is an exceptional dentist. My family of 6 have had several different types of procedures performed and he always takes extra time to explain the process and why it is necessary. My children actually enjoy going to the dentist now! Our smiles have never looked or felt better. Many thanks to Dr. Taner and his staff.

While the actual dental care is good, the major difference is the support staff. Very attentive, will work with you for appointments and insurance challenges. Most comfortable cleanings I gave had and if you are in the market, for new dental care, no hesitation in recommending this Centre. Always great care

As a nervous patient due to an overactive gag reflex, I could not be more thrilled about the way my first visit went today.
I went in nervous and came out smiling! A friendly team and a genuinely kind dentist made for a very pleasant visit. I will be back!

Wow! Wow My appoinment was so awesome and fantastic. Susy (hygienist) really took care of my appoinment and she is so passionate about her field. She really took care of all the corcern reagarding teeth and all the desposits i have been worrying about.she is so informative and end of my appoinment she put flouride application and showed how to do flossing. I had been to other dental office. But my experience with Susy and Dr. Ghamian was wonderful. End of my appoinment Dr. Ghamian came and checked my all teeth and suggested treatment. I am so happy with my appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Ghamian and Susy.

Staff very friendly and professional, Dr. Taner is very competent and thorough, clinic is very clean and accessible. The only reason I’m giving a 4 not a 5 star is because this had been my first visit and no dental work was done yest, only the examinations.

I saw Dr. Khoury for my wisdom teeth extraction. My experience was exceptional from the beginning. The front desk staff were professional, efficient, and friendly. Dr. Khoury exceeded expectations. He removed both of my upper wisdom teeth. I did not have any pain, swelling, infection, bleeding (beyond the initial post-surgery bleeding), dry socket, or other complications. I was a little sore, but that’s expected. This goes to show how good Dr. Khoury is at what he does. I received a post-surgery followup call, which was very nice. I also want to highlight that all COVID protocols set by the clinic were strictly followed. I did not feel unsafe at any time. I highly recommend Centrum Dental Centre, and particularly, Dr. Khoury.

I came Centrum Dental Centre with a few dental issues, all the staff were compassionate and empathetic- something I have never seen in a dentist office in other places. When I met my dentist, Dr Taner, he was very kind and empathetic to my situation. Together, we found out what needed to be done and he sat me down and went through the prices and options that were available which is no dentist has ever done. Overall, the service here was fantastic. Probably, you won't find better staff anywhere else. Thank you Dr Taner and all staff of Centrum Dental Centre.

If you are going for a regular cleaning, this place is great to go to as the hygienists are great and everyone is super kind. However, if you are going for a full dental exam, I would not recommend as they are not very thorough. The dentist pops in for all of 30 seconds, does not check your gums to see if they are receding, does not ask if you have any concerns or issues, nothing. Went back a second time a year or so later to see if maybe it was just a one off because the hygienist was very kind but the dentist was in the room for even less time. Would not recommend going to this place for your exam.

I was seen by Dr. Taner Cakmak multiple times for tooth restoration and crown treatments. He is an excellent doctor with high attention to detail, and quality finish so I certainly recommend everyone to see him.

Dr Tanner was absolutely amazing. Would give 10 stars if I could! Very gentle, felt no pain. Explained everything thoroughly, and made me very comfortable.

That's a wonderful place. All staff are very patient. My kid has a dental problem, and Dr. Khoury and Sunny help my kid timely during the outbreak of virus. They are so nice and kind. I appreciate their help.

Today was my 1st cleaning with Katie at Centrum. My appointment went excellent and I even got to sit in the massage chair with essential oils, a coffee and Netflix! It was like a mini retreat for this mama! Can't wait for my next visit!

I desperately needed dentist after moving from Toronto to Ottawa. There are no words to describe how WONDERFUL my experience with Centrum Dental Centre in Kanata is with Dr. Tanner and his staff! Greeted with respect, dignity and a deep desire to provide the best possible care for his patients and their many, diverse needs. Patience, persistents and perseverance is what it takes with each individual and Dr. Tanner and his staff come through with flying colors! Alway's warm and welcoming and not satisfied until their patient is happy with whatever work may have been needed! My gratitude for Dr. Tanner and his staff goes beyond the stars! There is no other dentist I would go to or recommend!

Doctor Taner provides excellent professional service, he is very considerate and caring toward the patient, no aggressive or painful forcefulness during the procedures, constantly ensures you are okay and not in pain, he goes above and beyond to ensure the patient is at ease as much as possible, can’t stress how considerate he was during my procedures, I never felt a ounce of pain, constantly reassured me and told me exactly what he was doing when he was doing it, made my entire experience there very pleasant and didn’t realize the time go by, and this is coming from someone who seriously hates going to the dentist let alone when they have to numb me and do work, but he made it very easy and painless, a very professional excellent dentist, would highly reckons for people who are new here or have a fear of going to the dentist, it was the most present and easy appointment I have ever had. 5 out of 5 for doctor Taner!

Dr. K rocks! The office staff and hygienists rock! The super cool teeth scanner rocks! All in all, a great place for a quick nap with lots of calming white noise and Netflix on the ceiling. CD is A1!

I have seen lots of dentists in my life. If I can rate them and the service provided, Dr. Ghamian and his team (hygienists, clerks etc) are the best. They work with dedication, honesty and perfection. I have been Dr. Ghamian’s patient since 2013. He is very kind, professional and perfectionist. He is the best dentist I had in my entire life. Today I was served by My hygienist Suzie, she is very professional as every one there. Once you go inside Centrum Dental, you see the smile on the face of every one that gives you the impression of relaxation, happiness and welcoming environment. I wish I can remember all names, but they are all great Agatha and all are super great

The only business I have seen in Ottawa that really puts patient benefit first before any thing else is Centrum Dental. I do recommend that place for its exceptional service.

Professional and excellent service. I had just changed dentists and shortly after I had a traumatic injury due to an accident. Amid the pain of that, I received excellent care and my new smile us amazing! I highly recommend Centrum dental and especially Dr. Khoury for his fine dental skills!
