Hi really had a pleasant experience at centura, especially with Nazanin, who spent hours with us to help us choose the best tiles for our vision. She really makes the difference! 100% recommend her

I decided to take on a bathroom reno for the first time by myself. I had prepped for about a month before this, just researching and asking questions, so I would be ready.
I went into Centura knowing exactly which tile I wanted to purchase, and was helped by a very kind and nice gentleman. He might have been new, I only assume because he seemed unfamiliar with the computer system. He and the gentleman who eventually loaded my purchased tiles in my car are the reason I'm giving Centura 3 stars.
However, when I was just confirming that these tiles were porcelain and that I'd require a wet saw to cut these, the gentleman didn't know, so asked what I presume was his manager. This lady was sitting at a desk with other sales reps, and not having even talked to me once about my project, or what I'm looking for, just said, that the tiles they sell at centura are not for people like me, aka DIYers. That if I wanted a tile for a DIY that I shouldn't be shopping here. She then proceeded to stare me down in front of all the sales reps. I left that store fuming and sad at the same time.
Well, I finished my bathroom flooring by myself, with my wet saw using those porcelain tiles I bought (which, to Centura's credit were absolutely gorgeous). It's by no means perfect, but I'm very happy with it, and myself. So, if anyone ever experiences that with this lady again, don't let her get to you. I won't name drop, but I hope she sees this and does better.

We were extremely happy today working with Robert Kehle. Robert guided us through the process and helped us make amazing choices. We really value his expertise and he is an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank-you! Getting very excited about our little project.

Update: May 16 2023 (second bathroom)
We renovated a second bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles, all from centura. Love love love the look and feel of these tiles. We went with the same times from first bathroom, but in color white. And we went with these gorgeous matte charcoal gray floor tiles.
Walls are grid pattern with optic white grout and caulk.
Floor is 50% staggered pattern with charcoal gray grout and caulk.
We're SO pleased with how they turned out.
The contractor even complimented the high quality of the floor tiles, because of how straight they are. Making it easier to level and grout.

Update: January 2023
We're just about finished our bathroom project. Tile, grouting, and caulking have all been applied and look phenomenal! We are so pleased with the products we purchased from centura.

Friendly and helpful staff, and stunning tile selection!
A neighbor of mine renovated his bathroom years ago using tiles from Centura. After seeing his beautiful creation, my husband and I were motivated to try doing our own bathroom reno.
After discussing budget-friendly ideas, we decided to splurge on beautiful tiles, that will bring us a lifetime of joy and never go out of style. So we decided a visit to Centura was a fantastic idea.
We brought a small piece of my neighbor's leftover tile to Centura, to see if they still carried it. With no information other than the sample piece, the staff were able to determine the name and color of the tile! Despite not having in stock, they were able to order it in from their Toronto location in less than 5 business days!
Amazing tiles, and great experience at Centura Tiles Ottawa. If you want good quality tiles with a wide selection of styles, I high recommend paying a visit to Centura.
On a side note, the "parking lot" is quite small. Busier on weekends. And it is on a one-way road along the side of the building. But when you pick up your order, you must drive to the back of the building complex and get your order from truck loading bay #1.

Absolutely love these guy's, always a great visit. Thanks Centura. Absolutely loving the new building. Vehicle access is amazing on cold day's and the new show room is a huge upgrade.
