Not sure where you've gotten blinds/shades from before, but it's time you go see Tony at Centurian for any future needs! His knowledge, professionalism and customer service is unmatched, at least compared to the other 3 blinds store owners I spoke with before being lucky enough to find Centurian Window Fashions. As for the product and end result, I LOVE MY SHADES and the installation process was quick and flawless. I purchased three blinds for my kitchen windows and a vertical blind for my patio door in 2015 from the location in Woodbridge. My experience from the first visit to the store to installation and to after sales service has been extremely satisfying.

The last incident happened this week (that is about 6 years after the purchase) when the string of one of the blinds snapped. I called the store and spoke to Jessi. I sent her a picture of the blind with the string. In no time she responded back and explained what went wrong. She told me that with the right part, I could fix it myself. She offered me the choices to wait for the part to be sent to me or I picked up the part myself. I ended up picking up the part and fixed it myself which is as easy as Jessi described.

All the three people - Jessi, Tony & the installer whose name I have forgotten - I have dealt with are very professional. I won't hesitate to recommend their service to everyone.

Pina at Centurian Window Fashions is a super knowledgeable consultant and was able to provide best solution and advice after a short video. She was able to quickly provide specs/pics of the installation hardware for ripple-fold track and grommets etc. So I've offered to write this out of my will:) This is 2nd time I stopped at Centurian Window Fashions (previously was another super knowledgeable consultant Gail), prior they were in Avenue Rd in Toronto. At that time I've ordered Hunter Douglas blinds for a large unit and they were amazing and well installed with proper shade % depending on exposure and type of room. Not affiliated.

I was looking for a new place to get my blinds and custom drapery since my previous person retired and sold the business. The new company setup an appointment but never showed up. We found Tony who responded to my email within hours. He provided an in-person quote the next day. He also facilitated a repair on an older Hunter Douglas window covering which I purchased from the other company. Tony's cost was reasonable and his suggestions and recommendations are valuable.

I highly recommend Centurian Window Fashions. We have used them for two of our homes and have been satisfied both times. Tony made great recommendations that we absolutely love. I have recommended them to many friends and they have been happy with Tony's service. They delivered as promised.

1) Terrible customer service: NEVER pick the phone and reply email once he get paid.
2) Horrible quality: blinds FALLING APART in 2 months for 2 windows.
3) Chemical smell from product: he promised the smell will go away in 24 hrs. I waited 2 weeks! CAN’T STAY IN THE HOUSE!

I was very impressed with the quality, price and work that Centurian Windows fashions provided. I have used them twice already and will not go anywhere else. I recommend this company very highly as to the high standard of work that is second to none

The owner Tony was fantastic. Came to my house to do a free consultation. Had great ideas and his quote was under the 2 previous quotes I received from other companies. We decided to go ahead with Hunter Douglas and Maxxmar remote controlled blinds throughout our whole house. Everything looks and works great. It’s been 2 weeks since everything has been installed and I received a call from their office last week. They were following up to make sure I was happy with everything. They told me I can call them anytime if I have any questions or concerns in the future. Overall an exceptional experience and would highly recommend them

Asked around couple places for pricing and services, all referrals from neighbors. Price quoted by Centurian was was more expensive than others. Other companies were also able to install in 2 weeks.

We were supplied with the 5* quality, pricing and service. Our custom blinds were installed in two weeks! These are blinds to stay, with a lifetime warranty! This is our second purchase with Centurian and We are so happy! We have referred friends and family in the past, and everyone is always thankful for me making the recommendation to them.
