I was here for another Hyundai training event. It was Learn and Drive training for 2024 Kona.great space

I was there for retirement conférence. I got more information needed. About place, it's a nice place for events.

I have had some great experiences at the Centurion Centre over the years when I attended and planned various events there such as weddings, galas, wedding and baby showers, and even post funeral luncheons. Recently I decided I wanted to have my daughter's baby shower at our home and I immediately reached out to the Centurion who have a Dine Well brand for external catering. Pricing was very fair, delivery was prompt, and the food was very fresh with outstanding visual appeal and taste. People raved for weeks at how good the food was at the shower. Special thanks to everyone who helped make this celebration a great experience!

Disgusting worker told my girlfriend who was sitting down, resting her foot on another chair while putting on her high heel to “close her legs” and he “didn’t want to see that”. Disgusting behaviour and I will not be recommending a place that makes its customers feel uncomfortable and unwanted to ANYBODY.

Beautiful layout and decor, very spacious hall and food was fantastic. Bar is a little expensive but expected for events.
Attended a wedding there and was quite surprised to find a hidden gem on colonade rd. Will definitely recommend.

Beautiful venue, Mr. Muneer Shah is an amazing person to deal with WRT catering. Great place to have cooperate or personal events. There are 4 halls on main floor and one big room on 2nd floor. The venue can host around 700 people.

We ordered the 2021 Valentine's dinner. The whole meal was absolutely delicious and perfectly portioned. The 2 stars were the chateaubriand, best we have ever had! The second star, was the red velvet bundt cake. You can taste it was homemade and made with love. Great job! High quality food and presentation!

Very elegant hall of any type of occasion. They have plenty of parking. Halls are open and wide. Definitely 1st choice for Ottawa residents.

We would like to thank the staff at Centurion Conference Center for their truly 5 star service and hospitality. Each and every staff member showed dedication and enthusiasm in helping us set up for our event every step of the way. We did visit a few other venues in Ottawa during the quoting process and Centurion was able to offer a more competitive rate and flexibility with special requests that other venues were not willing to entertain. The appetizers and dinner were impressive, especially for a large guest list. Our expectations were surpassed, the Chef and kitchen staff certainly know what they are doing and we received nothing but positive feedback from our guests. We did run into a few very small hiccups before the event (completely expected for a large event) and they were resolved without hesitation.

Worst wifi ever - always dropped, always told by staff it was fine. AS IF! Food was cold, staff not helpful. Do not use this place!

Was truly disappointed with the food quality and their attention to detail. Check your dishes before putting them out.

Great venue for events. Sound system is maybe a bit hard to hear. Beautifully decorated, food to accommodate many dietary requirements.

Office Christmas party. Good buffet, plenty of variety, good options for vegetarians. Excellent desserts.

Beautiful place for birthdays, anniversaries, wedding banquets, conferences, proms, baby showers and so on.

We will have our Christmas party there in Dec.and until now for arrangement and preparation, communications with excellent services.

Went for a sports banquet and the buffet dinner was wonderful. Lots to choose from and there was something for virtually every palette. Coloured LEDs around the perimeter built into the ceiling sets the colour tone for the room. Updated carpet and ample parking. It looks like the room can be divided into multiple rooms too!

We saw on Facebook that there was a Christmas Craft show. So, we decided to go. There wasn’t much parking. I had to park across the street. When we got in, it was really busy and the exhibitors were super friendly. It’s nice to visit, but overpriced. I see how it takes awhile to make crafts. Overall, we had a good time.

Renting a room here for a company training session was easy from beginning to end. Kim was friendly and accommodating. We rented the Senate Room for a half day and ordered lasagna & salad for lunch. Everything was ready for us when we arrived. There was more than enough food to go around & it was delicious. They had ice water on all the tables & coffee & cookies. I would recommend this event center.

Have been to many events over the years at this banquet center and while service and food has consistently been great, the washrooms always seem to have a problem.

Not only are they extremely small and cramped, they seem to have a persistent sewer smell that sometimes can be strong enough to pass out from. Not to mention almost every toilet was clogged with toilet paper and unusable.

Possubly my favorite place to host events in Ottawa. Venue is beautiful and beautifully kept. Staff both on the floor and in the office, are extremely well trained. Managers are readily available to assist and show a mature understanding of the hospitality industry. Food is always fresh with kitchen staff working along side outside catering seemlessly. Attention to details is taken starting from the renovated exterior, clean and large parking lot with electric car plug in stations. Wheelchair accessible entrance and automatic doors. Just off the main entrance is a Bar and Bistro space with lots of seating. There is an ATM machine and cell phone charging station as well as multiple flat screen televisions. The foyer is large and can host a very large crowd. Crystal ceiling fixtures and furniture are modern and inviting. Flooring looks like wood planks but is actually tile and done in a slate tone. They can accommodate several parties at once with the main hall dividing into 4 seperate spaces and a 5th space located on the upperlevel as well as a large meeting room. All with seperate sound systems and adjustable lighting. Coloured lighting options is available Rooms are carpeted and can accomodate a portable dancefloor can be installed where needed. Dancefloor is a brown wood built in large 2by2ft sections and silver trim. There is a permanent large dancefloor located in the center of the hall as well that is tiled to look like wood (26ft by 52ft). Carpeted risers are used to make elevated staging and come in 4by8 sections. They provided round tables (60" and 72"), rectangular tables, adjustable cocktail tables, halfmoon tables, and serpentine tables. Tables are always set with attention to detail. Modern white plates and appropriate stemware are properly set out for all events. Many options for creative plating. Chairs are banquet style with a navy/burgundy tone. Table linen is clean and the venue provides overlay and napkin options in many colors. The facility has 4 bathrooms on the main level and 4 on the top level. The woman's washroom on the second level doubles as a getting ready space and bridal party suit. They also have a private room with modern decor across the hall that can be used as a bridal suit. All spaces are clean and inviting with tasteful music in the background. A very versatile and accommodating space that provides so much more than just a rental space.

I have been to Centurion several times for professional events, meetings, and lunch. The food and dessert was of superior quality and the meeting space was very professional. Above all the staff are knowledgeable, professional, and go above and beyond expectations set by other conference centers. I would highly recommend Centurion Center.

This is our 3rd year celebrating Christmas at the Centurion Conference & Event Center. Food is good and reasonably priced, service and attention to details are excellent. Staff is polite and willing to accommodate last minute adjustments which we appreciated very much. Room was well decorated. We will be back again next year!

I've been to two events here, wedding and gala and both were in the same front room. Centurion is a great Hall to have an event, cool lightning, ample room, good layout, easy parking. The only con I would have is that the music from the other halls can be heard pretty easily, which just means you gotta blast your music louder than the other parties!
