Worst management. They are racist towards brown peoples and not listening to their concerns. Poor services. Lots of bedbugs and cockroaches in their properties. Avoid this place for renting.

Living at the building since summer 2022. Any concerns are addressed quickly by the polite and understanding superintendent. Enjoying our time at the building.

This is a joke amateur operation, who don't actually do anything. If they can shortcut, make an excuse, or just avoid it that's their methods. They are real good at lip service. They make a memo and then an excuse or two and just wait for you to live with it. No follow-up no accountability. Just terrible at running this type of business.

My husband and I live at 133 Woodside in Cambridge. We moved here about 4 months ago and we enjoy living here. The building is clean and well kept. We are close to the plaza so quick access to some shopping and close to Bus stop.

Centurion doesn't care about the people, and not even the buildings, they just want to get their money and will increase rent ever year as much as they're allowed to in order to make more money. DISGUSTING.

So when someone burns their food we all have to suffer and listen to the fire alarm go off at rates to deafen someone? REALLLY 15 minutes? How are you supposed to actually know when there’s a threat if you’re constantly having the fire alarms going off over a simple thing like burning your food! Why did you do this to us! My ears are ringing and my daughter is petrified and my dog shakes (a Rottweiler) from anxiety.

My husband got hurt on centurion property, they were quick to try and evict us and for a months rent. My husband was waiting on manulife. They settled with paying us almost 2,000 and the only reason the did? Because I threatened to sue. Signing paper work saying I won’t sue isn’t a gag order so hire better workers. I could have sued you for 100,000! I was nice about it. Next time I won’t be and will lawyer up

Not worth it. They keep raising rent but don't do any repairs. Our bathroom ceiling has had black mold on it for months and the people they hired just painted over it. Once the mold came back, we were told that we need to wipe down the ceilings after every use (so unrealistic and absurd). Closet doors don't close and they ask us if it's too full as if we're idiots. We've also had mice because there is a crack in the kitchen floor, wouldn't fix it- the solution was us putting duct tape over it. Hallways and stairs are cleaned maybe every 3 weeks if you're lucky. These buildings are a disgrace. Only reason I'm stuck here is because houses are too expensive.

I visit relatives at 252st Andrews the building is clean and we'll maintained Jackie the superintendent is always cheerful and pleasant to talk to I love all the trees around the property if I ever wanted to move this would be the building for me.
