Tim did a great job staging my condo. He worked hard and had
all info needed to help me decide how much to put it up for. He
got the ball rolling quickly and I had a conditional offer 3 days
after he put it up. He is great at communicating and was nice to
work with. Would highly recommend him. He made selling easy
and not stressful.

Cindy Shanks is an absolutely incredible real estate agent (not to mention human being!). I wish I could give more than five stars. Her professionalism, sharp eye to detail, high standards, approachable nature, extensive experience, wealth of knowledge, and ability to relate to her clients is exceptional. I feel like we totally hit the jackpot in finding her and I can't stop recommending her to everyone I meet! Tim Matthews did a fantastic job helping me prep my home for selling. He kept me in the loop at all times and helped me make the important decisions by presenting all options available. We are so happy to announce that we have purchased our first home! Who knew buying a house could be so stressful ‍️ Thank god I had my agent Jessica McIlwrick with me every step of the way! I watched my email alerts like a hawk, just waiting for the perfect house to come up. As soon as I seen one I liked a would message Jessica to see if we could view it, and within mins she would have us set up either the same day or next morning. Hubby and I had our eye on a house that was out of our price range, but it was just so perfect. We watched it for some time, drove by it on all our outings, until one day we noticed the sign came down. So we just kept looking. Talking with Jessica one day I had asked what the “river house” sold for? (That’s what we named the house cause it’s on the river). She had told me the listing just got canceled but did not sell. This is not a real estate office.this is a downtown community centre that includes a cross section of gift ideas and art.with meeting space available to book for your group or organization, all with a focus on charity. It's a gem on our main street you have to see to believe.
