MOHAMMAD RASOOL MALIK was extremely unprofessional and unexperienced. I will not work with him nor Century 21 Innovative Realty Inc, Brokerage again.

As a first time home buyer, I trusted his expertise but that lead me to almost losing all my initial deposit and had to pay a lot of money out of my pocket.

He was racist by calling me the n word. He was lazy to book revisits and would always offer terrible advice due to lack of experience. There are a lot of shady agents out there who just wants their commission without caring about their clients, Mohammad Malik is one of them. You have been warned.

My last year's experience, I won’t trust or believe agent Mohammad Malik, also known as Mohammad Rasool Malik. My brother and I almost lost a closing deal due to his phony promises. He had a mortgage broker who could help us get pre-approval for a mortgage, but as the closing date approached, the promise was not delivered. Despite he was reassuring countless time that we shouldn't worry about it, and also we couldn’t get our deposit back due to an amendment in the contract. Fortunately, we managed to get an extension for three weeks to obtain pre-approval. Although he said he would cover any costs resulting from his faulty service, he never kept his promise or compensated us for the damage he caused. His incompetence turned my good experience into the worst service I have ever received from him. I also manage to fix this issue through becoming a joint tenant with my brother to secure the mortgage approval. Even after closing the deal, his behavior changed drastically, and in return we refused to allow him to record us handing over the keys to the house so I don’t want his inexperience service harm others that are seeking to have their first time as homebuyer experience. Also stay away from him since he has an impulsive personality and don’t let his “best experience” influence your decision whether buying, selling or leasing your property as I have learned my lesson.

Richard Alfred is the answer! The best of the best in finding solutions to your problems. A good friend/Agent and never stops till you get what you want. A perfect example of Hard work and Dedication. Simply the best!

Well, i am not sure how professional they are. Definitely not good people, Mr SELVARAJAH NANITHAMBY dumped his household garbage in my private dumpster. Not just one bag, it s almost full car load. Be aware of let any of them get in to your property.

One of the worst experience I had! I went to an office located in Ajax b/c it was close to me but nobody was there. So I had to go to the main office which the web said an address which was NOT correct. I found that that the office is located 1855 Markham. Instruction on the phone introduction was not clear. The receptionist was NOT helpful for me to find the office. Very unprofessional. Stay away~

Unethical behaviour by Syed aminul Islam. Entertaining two offers from buyers and not listening to potential buyers offers as well as countering with impossible demands.

If you’re listing hasn’t sold for almost one month, it’s because of unreasonable sellers and a horrible realtor like him. Don’t recommend.

I have been investor with help of Lucy Valsadia since last 6 years I have bought Condos and have done flips to purchase lot to build custom house - my rating is 10/10

I dealt with Lucy Valsadia. Very inexperienced and rude realtor that advertised a condo for a good price and changed that after viewing claiming that higher offers had been submitted so I should counteroffer. The listing is STILL up for grabs as I type this review. She texted me with another different price today and I told her off. Avoid the realtor scum and forget Valsadia group!

Friendly Brokerage as long as you are with them. Once you leave, even on good terms, they do not care to take up your pending payment issues with other brokerage. Standard reply is it is old record; not available; we are busy with other routine; no time etc etc. If you persist and resolve issues and finally get the payment say after 4 years, this Brokerage will deduct excessively as part of their split. They do not care what was your agreement when you were with them. Highly unprofessional and unethical behavior. This is my experience.

Horrible my realtor left out half the things in my lease. Did not fill it out properly, and was also extremely rude, because me and my partner are under 30 he treated us like we had bad credit said we wouldnt get the place and just was a horrible person in general. Theres nothing wrong with our credit and the building manager accepted our application but the way the realtor treated us was horrible he should be fired.

I had an issue with this brokerage. After leaving several messages with the receptionist to speak the Manager or someone who can resolve this problem; no one seemed to care. They never got back to me, They don't want to take responsibility for their actions or even try to resolve the matter. They just don't care. If you use their agents, good luck to you. At the end they just want your money.
