I had similar experiences to other reviews where Ken would ghost both the landlord and the tenants after getting his money. I also wanted to stress that he does not due his diligence screening tenants. My condo has a clear no smoking bylaw on condo properties, yet he signed tenants that smoked. Just be careful when working with Ken.
