Great time, needs to update site or at least Facebook page for special occasions and hours

During my recent visit to your billiard club, I couldn’t help but wonder if it was ‘National Snarky Staff Day’ and I missed the memo! The front desk experience felt like a bonus round of ‘Rudeness with every Rack. ’ Just a friendly suggestion - a smile can be a great break shot for your customers’ experience!

Front desk is so rude his behaviour and explanation for anything is so pathetic old guy is at retirement now kick him out location is wonderful and maintenance is good just the old man at desk don’t know how to talk changing him would be a wonder option for such wonderful place

Pool tables are very nice and taken care of. Don't listen to any of the bad reviews. Most of them are people who don't respect the rules or tables. Best place to play in Brampton.

The owner and staff are incredibly rude and unkind to people. I wish I could give this no stars

I love this place! I've been coming here since I was in high school. These guys are the best! Treat them well, and they treat you well!

The owner has a serious attitude problem. He started yelling at us just because we hit the ball out of the table. I think he was drunk. Would not recommend this place to anybody I know.

Good pool tables. Have to pay for drinks as ordered. No running a tab. TVs are old, poor color and need replacement.

Tables are not very well placed. If you get a middle one you might face difficulty playing. Went there two times but the staff behaved very rudely.

Husband called to inquiry about pricing for a group of his friends that were going to go. Whoever answered was extremely rude. Definitely not wasting money on a business that can't provide basic customer service over the phone.

So the best u can get in the area.
But pool tables arent the best.a lil old.

The guy on counter was rude dont want us to play and just want his bottles and sticks back left in between the game

It's a chill place to play pool, good atmosphere. The owner though asked us to keep it down when we weren't being louder than anyone else in there. Also asked us to not use swear words which threw me off because he was behind the bar and our table was in the back. I also don't trust their pricing system because we were charged 36 before tax for being there an hour and 20 minutes but the price per table is 20 an hour

The guy over the counter does not want us to play wants to take back the sticks and is so rude we left the game in middle

There was an older gentleman who was balding with glasses, he told me his name was "Bill". Asked us to move in the middle of our game to make room for some women who just walked in. Maybe if they politely asked us to move after our game was done. Table were also too close. Not going here again. Better places in town.

Great atmosphere. Not a single complaint about anything. Had tons of fun and very fair prices. You simply pay as you play and there's a screen that tells you how much you need to pay thus far.

Tried to overcharge us and convince us we were there for much longer. SCAMMERS do not go here and pool tables are too close.

Tried to overcharge our group, and was blatantly lying about the time that we came in. Asked for the receipt and the guy didn’t even give me one. Avoid if you can

The tables are a little too close, music can be a bit louder. But overall a great experience. Recommended.

Good place to play with around 12~ tables with drinks. Hourly rates of around 20$ with charges visible on the cashier screen to check. Washroom available. Some tables are little faded but overall a nice place.

That was okie place, maney other better options available. Its stinking there. Enough room to play. But staff is rude. Can get a drink here. Can play with fun. But not a good option with family.

Always have a good time here with a group of friends. Contrary to the other reviews, the owner has always been nothing but kind and helpful to us, and has never shown any disrespect to our very diverse group. He is an expert pool player, and even gave us a brief lesson on getting the perfect shot! This has been our go to place for the past 5 years, and I don’t plan on changing that anytime soon.

Great place for billiards.nothing fancy or crazy. Owner is nice and very friendly. Only wish I could bring my son there who is 10. Not many places in Brampton for kids to shoot pool

Always a nice place to play and practice. Very friendly staff always super nice. Space is always clean, and there is a good amount of room for each table. Wait time (if there is any) is always pretty quick.

I mean the experience is okay but the environment is pretty bummy. I had to spend $10 minimum for a beer and he would give me the change back. It was kind of strange for an establishment to do, but a minimum $10 payment if you wanted to use a debit/credit card and not get anything else was kind of weird the tables and cues are pretty good however.

The owner and other staff are a no-nonsense bunch. Don't jump the queue ball, don't launch it off the table and be respectful. We got warned, we listened, we hand a good time. It is a little unsettling how they're always watching you though.

Spend more then half my teenage salary here. It's good but they are very strick with a lot of stuff. No more then 4 people, no jump shots, no mace etc.

Have been going to this location with my partner for 3-4 years but today i had the worst experience ever. Though i knew the guy on counter today is usually rude but we didnt care much. But today 10 of us went to play from which only 7 were playing (as of 3 other guests, we couldnt leave them home) and we wanted 2 tables for 7 but the guy said weather u play or not everyone will be counted n 3 tables will be charged. Its the first place i saw with such absurd rule. Never going back again. Today also stayed cuz our guests really wanted to play. These guys are just looting people.

Owner is super nice! Been here two times in a row and he offered to teach us how to play properly next time we came. Really good environment. Highly recommend.

They have an unorganized way of pool tables and I had gone alone to play pool and played for 2.5 or 3 hours and when i asked about the bill it was more than 50$ without any drinks. I was so surprised at that time and literally said them that I wont make a mistake coming back next time. This was the first time i played in brampton and I usually play in Hamilton and they chatge me around 15$ for playing 3 hours. One of my bad experiences playing pool

It's an okay spot to play pool and nothing else. They have a low selection of beer and snacks but the amount of pool tables makes up for all that. The tables and sticks arent the best quality but the place is good for a fun game

Great place to chill and have fun with friends or family, really enjoyed the ambiance, I cant remember (had a few pints in at this point lol) if there were TVs with games playin on them but if there are it's a great place to chill out, convenient to either drive or take the transit, although the owner (if I'm not mistaken) wasnt patient enough at first for our questions turned around later great guy been in business for a long time, so if your looking for a place to play pool or billiards go check'em out!

Originally I had given this place a 5 star about a year ago. However, after my visit from yesterday. Well let's just say the owners attitude is awful. I get it, you're grumpy, been standing all day watching others have a good time. Heck, it doesnt hurt to smile. I walked in with a water bottle and the man immediately tells me no outside food or drinks. If he had allowed me to keep my water bottle I would of spent more money on beers there. The tables are worn down and litey the cues are damaged. I'm giving it a two star because at least the hourly rate is decent compared to most places.

Safest place to play pool in Brampton. I even took my kids here once. Most places are very dirty with lots of drugs and loose women. This place usually has very friendly looking clientele. Lots of smokers and marijuana, but that’s much better than most billiard places.

DO NOT GO HERE. My mom and brother, Alex (who has Autism), went here for a social gathering with Kerry's Place for Autism. As soon as Alex walked in, he started to wander around like he always does to get to his new surroundings and prepare himself for anything that could possibly trigger him. He was polite and stayed away from the other customers playing. He was then told by the owner that he can’t walk around because he makes people uncomfortable and nervous in a very rude and angry way. The organizer was telling him it’s Alex’s first time and just getting to know his surroundings. Alex was trying to apologize for LITERALLY WALKING AROUND, but the owner wasn't interested in his apology and asked the organizer of the social gathering "if they're all going to be like this. " The owner and staff are incredibly rude and unkind to people with special needs. I wish I could give this no stars.

Tables in fairly good condition. Sometimes a long wait (over 30 minutes). Might be a good idea to call beforehand if going with a larger group. Limit of people per table also if you're going with a large group, so you would have to pay for multiple tables. Cue conditions are okay.

Bad place for pool, can find better easily. Workers are very rude. Will flag you for small things when playing. Drinks are non tolerant including water. Do not go here! Very expensive too. Check the rating for all the 1 stars and see how many bad experiences there are. Just terrible.

The owners aren't at all fair and price has raised.a couple of my friends and I went and one had their girlfriend tag along which made us a group of 5 even after explaining to them that she would not be playing they wouldn't allow us to use 1 table and said we must get 2 tables

Good atmosphere, gentleman that runs the establishment is very well mannered and nice. Sometimes it does get full however, the wait time is often very short (couple of minutes). It is also a very fairly priced.

This owner needs to understand, just because we less our people down or have them spread around to other tables, so you can make an extra buck or two "Not good for business". Things need to change on your rules and stop showing ppl your City of brampton Regulations, first noone cares. The only reason why your customers would care, because they are spreading the Joy, Laughtet and Money. CHANGE YOUR RULES, OR CLOSE DOWN YOUR BUSINESS!

10/10 would recommend, maybe a little on the pricey side when bringing quite a few friends but the owners are nice and is an amazing environment.
