Cervus Equipment Peterbilt / Brandt Truck & Trailer

End up paying for 4 months old actuator, Once agin, I am still waiting for my warranty claim.

This place serviced our fleet but we had to drop them because of how unreliable they are. We need to know the timeframe for our trucks but they were unsure on many occasions. You'd think they'd want business from a large company that's known worldwide. Oh well.

Worst dealership I’ve ever encountered. They don’t take responsibility for their mistakes and even when truck was fixed things they touched needed bolts tightened etc. I would gladly tow truck rather than bring there again. Would be much cheaper

Was scammed by this location several times. Over billed thousands of dollars. Do not do business with these guys!

Great plese got me in without an appointment fixed my problem in record time highly recommend going there if you need anything fixed

Regardless what most of these reviews. Had a good experience. Gave me a fair labour hours for the job. Been here twice likely will again on way through.

This Service department could be used as an example to other dealers of how it should be done. I was updated every step of the process with clear precise information. Parts arrived exactly when they said, truck was done before promised without me having to track it down. Nice job Windsor Cervus Equipment
