Very happy with the final install. They cerwood was able to match the stain of existing trim. Install was completed very professionally, no damage and exactly as I had requested.

That’s exactly what I want! I’m the repeat customer from Cerwood. After I bought my espresso coffee machine and the grinder, I back to the shop, asked Erin making a buffet for my machine. I only showed her a buffet picture, but, she gave me a beautiful piece in real.

We have worked with Amy at Cerwood on previous projects and myself and our clients have been thrilled with the results. We are very pleased with the quality of work and materials used to fabicate the cabinetry, knowing that we are supporting a local business is also very important to us. We had to have a couple gables remade on a recent project and Cerwood was quick to fabricate them so they could be installed with minimal delay to the project. They installed custom cabinets in our kitchen and were able to match them almost identically to our existing cabinetry. They also installed custom built-ins around our fireplace and were able to almost identically match the pattern of the mantle and came up with clever solutions to our awkward venting situation on our wall.

Had cerwood do a job for me a while back (a fireplace mantle) that within a few months started showing defects from the heat even though i took their advice on what material to use for it. Their solution was a bandaid one that would not suffice long term. I do not recommend this company. I never spoke up about my experience but never recovered the amount I paid them for the job. They walked away from it. I now have a friend going through a terrible experience with Cerwood as well. Go elsewhere, pay a little extra, save yourself the headaches.

Trying to have some warranty work done its been 2 months and all I get is we are busy and will contact you with an appointment.
