Disgusting scam artist delivery driver tried charging me $50 (cash only, so that he could not be tracked). He as well parked off of my street so that I could not see his vehicle/license plate. I was left with a 250lb box on my front lawn as a result of this mess.

Old lady on receiving she is worst person, I was waiting there from 2.15pm and she was keep doing some paperwork and after 25 minutes she went on break.

Teach your drivers to do not drive on express lane on the highway 401. Its shows you hire people who do not know how to drive. Truck number ending 3_442 around 6: 42 am

Horrible tracking number was useless. Put in tracking number on their website and said it had arrived at destination.shipment had not left point of origin until at least 6-7 later. Had to call almost every customer service number to talk to someone. Number was either redirected, kept ringing or line went dead.just doesn't seem they know what is going on
Didn't have a choice in which company to use but will definately ask to not use CEVA again

Incompetent, poor service, unreliable. Where should I start?

Shipments coming across the border are a nightmare. Don't use Ceva. Ever. Multiple shipments end up being shipped the same time and end up on opposite coasts. We even had a 12 foot crate that somehow was forgotten about. THREE MONTHS AGO. HOW CAN YOU MISS RECORDING A 12 FOOT WOODEN CRATE OFF THE TRUCK?

Phone system doesn't work and the tracking info is seriously outdated and unreliable.

In and out easy people got there way before appointment still got a door right away was out in 45 min thanks

Delivery date changed 3 times. And then they stopped updating and I never received my package and it's impossible to contact them

I had horrible experience with this company. I never had similar experience with any other company before. I took time off from work to stay at home for a scheduled delivery which wS schedule more than 10 days before, but still they didn’t show up on time. My experience with customer service was very painful. Only the manager provided better help.

I wish I never have to deal with this company again

Worst logistics company ever. My package never arrived after three weeks since tracking# created. Called and was told they are waiting for the goods too? WTF? And then all of a sudden one day the status changed to delivered.lol what a joke. Had to reorder and now been through the same process. I wish i could ask for a different carrier. Avoid at all cost.

Can I do negative stars? The worse experience I have ever had. Delivery ETA was Sunday. Nothing. Then Monday by 5pm. Nothing. Then Tuesday by 8pm. Nothing. Wednesday? Still nothing. On Thursday the Agent tells me it just arrived on their dock today - even though the waybill says
it arrived Monday at 6: 35am. Then the waybill was suddenly updated with an event that was timestamped 2 hrs in the future (?). Next available time for delivery.next Tuesday! 9 days late and no apology and nothing but trying to cover their screwup. Massive customer service fail.

Scheduled to drop off a load here on a Saturday morning and no one is here, closed until Monday. Why would they schedule a load if nobody would be here. Waisted my personal time and frustrating.
