CEVA Logistics Canada ULC

I worked at ceva logistics for few days and it is very dissatisfied experience i told to do 10 hours shift but they used to send me back to home after 3 or 4 ours because of many workers they have. They do such frauds with nee comer. I used to pay 25$ for ride and 3 hours of work never paid my ride expense only.

Really bad experience staff was very rude and I asked for microwave to warm my food and they said they don’t have microwave for driver’s.

Being an employee I have been a victim of ego satisfaction of a Team Leader Harpreet Gill who just got me fired because I complained him to senior about him taunting me. Even he threatened me in front of the senior Mr. Puneet that I could have seen you outside because his hands are bound in the factory. Literally our own people are the one who are letting us down. God is watching. You better be prepared for his justice

If Amazon uses Ceva for your package please contact customer service to demand them to change it to somewhere else immediately. This is the 5th time my package came damaged, the product inside is completely crushed, previous time my packages did not arrive at all. I understand refund is possible but this is unnecessary frustration.

Pathetic service…. Customer care is also very unprofessional…… delivery is supposed to before 8pm but still there is no update……

I want to work here but and staff and management are very poor. They treat you like you do not have any value. They are selfish and non sense.

The worst experience that you could ever get if this courrier is chosen to deliver your items from Amazon. Run!

Absolute worst shipping company I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My stuff was lost, their number doesn't work, their site has no contact information and once you do contact them they tell you via email they'll do a follow up that they never end up doing. Don't do business at this company. I'm dissapointed and beyond furious.

Worst place to work. Lots of employees no rules regulations. Treat you like a number and disrespect you, and constantly counting how much you do.

New facility. Enterence and exit is bit tight due to lines of trucks going In & Out. Nice people in Shipping and receiving

They just implemented the poorest and unrealistic check in and check out system in the history of logistics

Team leaders and supervisors are there for you whenever you need a help. They give solutions to all your problems. Cooperative colleagues. They give high importance on safety. No compromise on safety issues. Follows all protocols of COVID 19. Great team work.

I hate ceva very much. They call you at 4 AM and after one hour That we don't have work today so you have to leave and go home as said by Sophia and Michell. As Sophia is very bad she don't deserve the work you are doing and she will not respect you with your work. As mention, even Many of the team leaders are very bad. They will give you more pay but they will not respect you respect your health. Even while doing work they will don't you even you are working very fast they will say that you are doing very slow work. Even you are coming from the agencies named as addeecco, KSH, universal and many others they don't respect the agencies. They will send you home. Even you Came to civa either buy your own car or you're coming by some ride or by Uber. They will not check this. They only know that we need to send to home and we are going in very loss. So this is my experience with civa If you want to work here you can take this experience.

Delivers Amazon products during the pandemic without gloves, without mask, knocking on my door, then calling me and insisting I have to sign for it. When confronted about the no mask thing, he claims "this is Canada! "? No I won't open my door and sign your things. I left a message at CEVA regarding getting my shipment; no response. Tried calling again, the voice mail system hangs up. Don't need the hassle.
