CF Fairview Park

Horrible. Went for "Winter Wonderland" and found more white lights than coloured ones. Bought the 15 dollar hot chocolate cup with refills, every single hot chocolate was watery and disgusting. 30 dollars for parking, cost of tickets to be grossly underwhelmed. WONDERLAND FELL OFF, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

I love place because its so easy to steal sun glasses and i make real money from it i made 2.5k the last time i did it and i like the roots there its easy to steal there! 10/10

We had great service from the Bay and from Marks. For items that they did not have in store they helped us order them online and helped us find another local store that had them in stock.

Nice mall that isn't too overwhelming, I especially liked the nice boba place near one of the entrances. It has a lot of stores which sell some nice clothes and would definitely recommend checking it out.

Few things were open but mostly everything's closed will be interesting to see the small open once again looks really fun

Very nice, clean mall with a ton of options for shopping. Some of the food court options have rather low review scores so I would recommend checking those if you are looking to get food here.

Good Walmart, great food court, lots of stores. Wish Sears was still here or even the Urban Behaviour that took its place but they seem to be working on that building. LRT will be coming right here.

This shopping mall is what you expect in a mall. There are only 2 true malls left in the KW area. The others have closed, such as Westmount, and the others are on life support. Fairview has been constantly updated. It still has 2 major cornerstone stores, even after the closure of Sears. The mall has lots of free parking. The interior is bright and clean. The new LRT comes to this mall as the endpoint. The variety of stores makes it a great place to shop, or go for bite to eat in the food court, or at Jack Astor's.

Very close to where I live, nice place to visit on a nice evening. I usually got Walmart which is located at the far end of the mall.

Great mall with decent food options. Unfortunately it seems like a lot of stores are closing and I'd like to see them bring in some fresh, fun places to shop.

The entire place could use an update. Aesthetically out dated. Especially the Walmart. Otherwise, has great selection of stores and centerally located.

Spacious and clean with plenty of stores to shop. Food court has variety of restaurants to choose and plenty of sitting areas. Plenty of parking spot.

It's a mall. If you're shopping here, you likely live nearby. Why would anyone read reviews on this place? It has transit terminals nearby, so it is frequently very busy and full of people who are clearly killing time. There are better places to shop, but if you're waiting on a bus, by all means go in.

Great place to stop for lunch if you can't decide what to eat. Thete are many different restaurants to choose from.

Good place to shop and eat, but i will prefer to go to an outlet rather than stores with no discounts or offers.

I like going to Fairview Park Mall to doing my shopping. They do get very busy on the weekends but if you go early like before 1pm then it is not as bad. I like that Wal-Mart is there as when I am done with shopping in the mall I go to Wal-Mart. They have alots of parking and they are going to Reno a part of the mall.

CF Fairview Park is the type of place you would expect, there is a decent range of stores that offer more than their Cambridge counterpart. Staff is on top of upkeep/maintenance with the building and majority of my visits were pleasant when it comes to customer service.

Its a really nice mall that's in a convenient location for many people to access it. With many parking spots available you will almost never want for a parking spot except on major holidays. There are a wide range of stores for you to choose and a very decent sized food court to eat at when you get hungry. The only thing the mall lacks is a decent place to get help or information when you need it because the one they currently have is not adequate. Overall I'd say this is a very decent place to get your shopping done in the Kitchener-Waterloo Region

Favorite mall. The only thing that is an issue is that the food court is a little smaller. I find that it's a little less upscale perhaps in general but I prefer it to Conestoga Mall because it has Spencers, Hot Topic, etc

Not so big as Conestoga Mall. Walmart is advantage. My son likes to drive police car or fire truck there:)

They've really put a lot of work into making the mall look great recently. Haven't spent a lot of time here except as a transit hub, but the Food Court area definitely is the busiest.

Free parking lot, accessibility parking spots and entrances, washrooms, guest service, security on duty inside, food court and much more.

Great mall to walk in, nice, open, clean, you don't feel claustrophobic. Basically it has every shop in it to find what you need.

Great mall with many stores! Probably one of the least busy good malls in Toronto! Definitely my favourite place to shop!

Only mall in the the area, wide selection of stores. No hockey rink or anyrhi g else to differentiate it from other malls in Waterloo or cambridge.

One of the best shopping malls in SW Ontario. Always clean, very little to no vacancies, large variety of stores and shops. Large and spacious corridors with lots of benches and seating throughout. Parking lot is very large and most times easy to find a parking spot.well except for Christmas shopping at times. Location is easy accessed from highway or main roads of Kitchener.

This mall is good for your basic shops, good for a university student or high school age. Contains Aritzia, Forever 21, Garage, Dynamite, Hudson's bay etc. Nothing special to this mall but looks new and clean which is a plus.

Average mall, with average stuff. Kitchener only has 1 real mall and this is it. At least theres a movie theater, bus terminal, tim hortons and an apple store. It has other high end retailers as well, but he malls not doing to well its self at the time of writing it currently only has 2 of the 5 anchors stores (large department stores on the corners, it's actually really important to a mall to fill all those spots seeing how it's most the revenue for malls)

Small mall but great prices based on the demographic location in kitchener, I found some phenomenal deals here.
