Update April/2023
Charles Franklin Randolph did not show up for our Small Claims Case and was found in Default.
We fully intend on doing everything we can to recoup our losses and ensure he stops doing this to others.
He rents the house he does ‘Business’ from.
He doesn’t even own the car he drives.
He has never posted pictures of his completed work, most pictures on his instagram are from reputable pool companies. He deletes the instagram chats so you don’t see all the negatives

We had such high hopes for this pool. CFR pools sold us a “Dream” and we bought it. Unfortunately, we were completely misled. None of the work was completed. A rebuttal to your response for Gertude's review. You are kidding right Charles? All funds accounted for? I would love to see that accounting. All funds accounted for and yet you have yet to deliver on anything within our contract expect for the hole in the ground and pool structure. You have not delivered any of our pool equipments and our outdoor kitchen appliances. We have paid for everything. You have even fraudly collected money for the interlocking materials for the backyard and driveway since August 2022 and you have yet to deliver the materials or given us back the money you received. We called your supplier and he said you have not placed an order yet you showed us a receipt that you have ordered it and collected the money money for it. That Charles is a premeditated act to commit fraud. You have taken advantage of us the worse possible way. The truth is you are incapable of telling the truth and this is a behavioral pattern yiu are constantly lying. You have done this to a lot of families, we know of at least 5 families all from 2022. You don't pay the contractors and trades, you write dishonorable cheques you Charles are not an honorable person. You are dishonest, a cheat, corrupt and you have no dignity. Any positive review you receive will be biased or will have a conflict of interest I am certain of one (Rhea's reviews as she works for you). So when Gertrude calls you a SCAM ARTIST it is a perfect adjective in describing you. You are taking peoples money but you are also ruining lives.

Unfortunately Geoff the last few years have left some supply chain issues. Although we do our very best to get our projects completed on time, there can be many delays. We are sorry that we were not able to complete the job in the timeframe that you requested. We understand your frustrations and wish you the best and hope your enjoying your pool now.

This company was great! We had all new lines put in for our in ground pool, all new concrete work, new liner and concrete design done. Pool arena looks amazing and like new. Would definitely recommend!

SCAM ALERT!
He will happily take your money, then stop answering his phone once he does half the job. We are now forced to hire other contractors to complete the job in addition to fixing all his mistakes. This is not a business but instead a scam, please do not hire him unless you like to watch your hard earned money disappear. Ive looked into this in depth and have learned he has done this with all of his customers. He belongs in jail!

I RATE THIS COMPANY ZERO! IT JUST WONT LET ME RATE IT ZERO. This is the worst pool company on the face of the planet. Charles is a scam artist. He collects large deposits, starts the job and leaves you in a mess. His claims to have a team but he does not. He has taken out $138k and disappeared. PLEASE BECAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY. HE WILL RUN WITH YOUR MONEY. THERE ARE AT LEAST 6 FAMILIES HE HAS SCAMED THAT WE KNOW OFF. WE JUST HAD OUR FIRST SNOW TODAY AND OUR BACKYARD IS A MESS. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE OR EVEN INTERACT WITH THIS COMPANY. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
