Atmosphere: It’s a great office but the waiting room is super small. It can only accommodate a maximum of 4 patients. Outside the office, which is still inside the 1275 building, has a seating area should you not be able to sit inside.

Staff and Service: The receptionist is welcoming and Dr. Lily Cha is very pleasant and versed in her job per my mom. She is super efficient as she gets her reports out to the patient’s requesting physician in a very fast time.

Appointments take a while to get so get your referral sent early. I’ve had great communication with Kim, who always responds to my emails especially when the in-office staff is too busy to take calls. I highly recommend Dr. Cha.

Very happy with Mr. Patrick helpfulness and attention to details. Advised and listened. Very pleasant secretary also.

No issue with doctor there, but the office is only open 9-1,3 days a week. That is 12 hours per week. Yet, noone picks up any phone calls during the 12 hours. I mean you have two doctors there, just get someone to pick up calls, it would not cost you much.

Dr. Lily Cha's new office is located at 1275 Finch Ave W, Suite 103, a short walking distance to Finch West Station which makes it very convenient by public transit. Her office is sparkling new, with many exam rooms. The waiting area has around 5 seats. But you can also wait outside in the hall and there are benches to sit on. The secretary was very nice, friendly to everyone and very efficient. She would step outside to the hall to call out patient when it's their turn if they were not waiting inside. I had an appointment for a pap test at 11: 00 and was done, out of the door by 11: 40. Waiting time was 10 minutes before I got called in. Dr. Lily Cha was very polite, warm and caring. She took time and didn't rush. Overall, it is a very positive experience.

I'm not sure if the receptionists at the new location are the same as from the old Wilson site, but my last interaction with them at the Finch site went smoothly. Dr. Cha is amazing. I've had two horrific gynecologists over the years before meeting Cha, and she's an absolute star. During appointments she is frequently asking me if I have any questions, and if I'm comfortable with moving forward (I had a couple procedures done through her). She's always listening and ensuring that I fully understand what's going on and what to look forward to. I've never felt rushed or unimportant like some are alluding to in their reviews.

Dr. Patrick Liao was amazing. I connected with him and he had a good sense of humour that put me at ease. He was efficient and really seemed to care about me as a patient. I would highly recommend.

This was by far my worst experience with a health professional to date. Dr. Cha spent a total of 6 minutes (I timed it) with me. Did not take the time to listen to my concerns or problems and gave me no actual guidance for a care plan. She was extremely rushed and inconsiderate of my pain levels during my exam and ended up missing diagnosing my condition, later caught by another OB/GYN. Would recommend waiting longer to see someone better if you have the option.

Not a good experience with this doctor. Always in a rush not even have a time to explain to her my problem. Not helpful at all. Front desk workers are rude, no patience with the waiting people. She wont explain to you clearly your problem, feels like rushing u to end for the next patient. I will not recommend u to this doctor. I will definitely look for another gynecologist. What a waste of time going to this doctor.

Dr. Lily Cha is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I've been seeing her since 2015, she's always been helpful and pleasant.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was with her for my first pregnancy. She wouldn't even give 5 minutes in each visit. When I was asking question, she would open the door and stand at the door. How discouraging it is to ask question for a first time to be mom. I will never go back to her and wouldn't recommend to anyone. She might have knowledge but she doesn't care about the patient. I don't even want to talk about the receptionist.

Wow. Was sitting in the waiting room reading the reviews and hoping my experience would be different. It was not. Waited an hour for the doctor which is normal all to find out that Dr. Cha was away today after having sat there with my pants off for 30 mins. A male doctor entered the room while I was half undressed when I specifically asked to see a female doctor to get my pap smear test done. Truly a terrible experience.

Did not like my experience with Dr. Cha, was referred by family doctor for reoccurring issue, dr.cha prescribed some medication after reviewing my chart and confirming the issues that i had (tests were done by my doctor and dr.cha which double confirmed my issue) -when i picked up my medication it stated it was to treat a condition that i did not have-i still decided to take it as i figured the doctor was aware of my issue and prescribed me this so i thought it might work anyways based on her knowledge-tried it and it didnt work- went back for same issue and was prescribed something else-tried that also and it didnt work- went back and told the dr while also asking for advice on other options-she told me my condition was not "too serious" and for me "not to worry" -was also really concerned as she advised me to douche using apple cider vinegar which was very questionable to me as douching is known to be bad so i could only imagine what douching with vinegar would do! - i was unsatisfied as i was under the impression that she gave up and literally left me to fend for myself instead of trying to develop a treatment plan especially since she knew the issue was present even on the day of that visit with her-i think dr.cha is a nice lady but i will not be returning and will be searching for another gyno to help with my issues

Staff and the doctor don’t care about their patients at all. My mother had a schedule surgery today when we arrived the hospital she was not in the system and when we call the doctor oficce one if the staff said “I am so sorry the doctor doesn’t do the kind of surgery anymore “ what? What is the respect for the patients? Why they did not call us to cancel or comunícate the changes? Also she said that the doctor is not in the country and the reason she doesn’t do anymore surgery is because she has been had problems with the hospital. Thanks God my mom did not have the surgery because what can you trust with these kind of people and service. Looking all the reviews What kind of doctor is this woman. Be careful! Check for other doctor who really care about people not just money because everytime that you go there The place is full of women who wait more than 2 hours to see the doctor

Receptionists dont answer the phone. No business hours available online. They never call you back. Doctor didnt tell me when to be alarmed after the procedure i did with them. Ended up bleeding for 10 days straight. Had to go to the ER because of it.

When asked if they can look at my result so I dont have to wait at the ER, they just said the doctors not in. Business hours are apparently Monday to Wednesday 930-1pm.

Talked to the receptionist about what happened and she was just “uhh-uh, okay then? ” Lady im out here suffering from your clinic and thats what you have to say? Didnt even bother booking another appointment.

Save yourself the hassle and dont go here.

I took a day off from work today for my appointment with Dr. Cha only to find out that she is on holiday. What? The front desk told me that my appointment should have been on the 20th. And, because I was told about the date over the phone, she concluded that I must have misheard it. Okay, I got it! Maybe? ! But should you have at least called me a day prior for reminder or confirmation? Very inefficient! I did not even realized that I missed my appointment. No calls at all. I think they just don't care what you are feeling! Hello? Anyone seeking for doctors advise and treatment has important health issues. Therefore, we deserve to be treated with attention. Besides, that's what the doctor's ethical and professional commitment and responsibility all about, right? And, I do believe that professional conduct should start from staff.

The worst receptionist ever, when i arrived, she is having a chat with another lady who was sitting on the chair about decoration or so, no greeting whatsoever, i said hello she of cause ignored me and then i had to wait for her to finish the chat tthe take my ohip card.

I’m a patient of Dr Lily Cha, she’s a great and caring doctor, she makes me feel very comfortable when I see her and it upsets me to read such awful comments about her and her personnel, her staff is friendly and a few comments they mention how rude her front desk employee is, just in case you didn’t notice she has a very demanding job. I’m not special in any way, but have been treated with respect. Dr. Cha keep up the good work and thank you for all you do for your patients.

Never see any Doctor. She is hiding from patients. Crazy, rude grumpy receptionist, I am thinking she is the director or owner of this place, , and Cha is her employee. Very funny place.

I wish I had read these reviews before I went there. I like the Dr but the worst receptionist I have ever encountered; does not answer calls, does not return calls, does not call you to advise your biopsy results are in & when my Dr’s office finally got a hold of her she pretended they had my phone # wrong! My contact information was provided to there office numerous times (3x by me and 2x by me Dr’s office)! This incompetent receptionist is just screwing with peoples healthcare & concerts! She should not be working in this field. Only reason I can think of why she’s there is nepotism. Extremely disappointing!

Just like mentioned in many other reviews, receptionist is very rude, doesn't call back at all regardless of number of messages left.

Very rude and unprofessional. Also the wait is forever. My wife’s appointment was at 1: 00pm. She came and registered at 12: 30pm. And she got called in at 3: 47pm. This is ridiculous!

I dont see dr. Cha, i come here for US, however i see tge receptionist of dr. Cha's office, and i can see the rudeness, very bad customer service that the patients endure. Good thing she is not my dr, But i thought i should write the reviews so that they can reform.

Receptionist can't do her job, unprofessional, rude and doesn't take the time to look and answer your questions. Not sure why family doctors force you and direct you to other doctors that provide such poor customer service where good customer service should be provided in the field of health care.

Worse doctors office I ever been too, I only saw her once and her staff are taking over her orders. When I got there I only waited a few mins which i thought wasn't bad. I met Dr cha, she was sweet. She gave me a pap test, pelvic test and biopsy on uterus. I am a 50 year old woman so she was taken precaution.she never explained nothing after doing all that, left quickly. She told me to make an appointment in 3 weeks when the results come in so I thought okay good. I go out to make an appointment and the nurses station said no you have to have a transvaginal ultrasound first (overruling the doctor's orders). I must explain that my family doctor ordered the transvaginal ultrasound due to abnormal bleeding and I didn't get it yet before I went there but Dr Cha had that order from my doctor and never said when she wanted to see me get the transvaginal she said she wanted to see me to get the results, so now because of the order my doctor ordered the receptionist took it upon themselves to not schedule me an appointment for Dr Cha they scheduled me an ultrasound for 3 weeks instead. That was sceduled for December 18, December 17th the day before I got a call that I have to have a colposcopy-biopsy due to my pap test (nothing was explained to me by the doctor only by the secretary). I asked why, the secretary stated oh high abnormal cells (not her job to tell me that). I asked the secretary what is this test because I am scared having lost a mother to cervical cancer. She told me here is the spelling look up on the internet. Okay fine, I took that. Now I am nervous like hell so next day I go in to get my transvaginal ultrasound and pelvic ultrasound, I asked shouldn't I make an appointment to see the doctor for my results and was told (no the doctor will call you). During the test the sonogramist said she was hot can she open the door. I am exposed here but yeah sure go open that door (sarcastic). Then the sonogramists asked have you had any abnormalities with your last tests I said why what do you see. She said you don't have to answer that so now she is getting my mind going worse. I said I have a cyst she said oh left side (information she wasn't suppose to give me only the doctor can do that), I said nope right (still no call from doctor). 3 years ago I had a transvaginal and I was told I had a cyst on my right side and to follow up with my family doctor and never did, so I guess that one is gone and now I have a cyst on the left side (still no call from doc). That was over 2 weeks ago since I had those tests. I am running on nerves and anxiety as I go for this colponosky-biopsy on Jan 11th and have no clue nor do I have any idea how my other tests showed. I have no clues what preparations I am suppose to do as it is at the hospital. Am I going to get anestetics yet no tests are done on me to see if I can handle it. I am also severely anemic and nothing is done, my blood count is not checked. Dr Cha said she is going to start treatment to stop my periods and still no call. The receptions will not let me in to see the doctor. WORSE AND I MEAN WORSE DOCTORS OFFICE POSSIBLE. The secretaries, receptionists and sonogramists think they can tell the patients information and keep you from getting yur results and won't let you make an appointment. If anything is wrong with me and I am not told or being treated right now because the receptionist think they can overrule the doctor's orders, I will be filing a formal complaint against this doctors office. So Dr Cha best look at her staff more.

I was recommended by my GP to this office. When I went for my initial appointment, I was told upon arriving that it was a cash only, and the "receipt" I was given to submit for insurance purposes was laughable. My follow up appointment, I was stood up. As in, I got to the office for my appointment and I was told that the doctors weren't in that day. I got a phone call the next business day saying they had the doctors hadn't been able to come in after all, but no one bothered to tell me.
As far as the actual doctor goes, I had a very pleasant experience once I was actually seen. But the administration was so terrible I would not recommend anyone to this clinic. It was the most unprofessional experience I have had in a doctors office.

After seeing my GP he referred me to see Dr. Cha for questions and concerns in regards to my reproductive system. It took exactly a month before I got my appointment which isn't too bad considering it could take longer for other obgyns! My appointment was for 1pm and I arrived 20 min early hoping that they could take me earlier- boy was I wrong! Upon arriving the waiting room was full and people were lining up along the hallway. Fortunately, it didn't take long for me to get a seat. Considering how hectic it got in there - I found the receptionist/assistants to be friendly to all patients including myself considering all the bad reviews I read I was very skeptical going in there. They do talk a tad bit loud and stern which can come across as a bit authorative- but nothing major. Majority of waiting room were pregnant women who they took first before other patients who were there for other reasons (makes sense). My appointment was scheduled for 1pm and I didn't see Dr. Cha until 2: 10pm. Besides a slightly long wait & crammed small waiting room, all was great! Dr. Cha is very professional & super sweet.she took her time to listen to me and answer all questions I had. I see her again in a couple months- was very easy to make my next appointment:)

This doctor and her office needs to be reported to cpso. Please believe the bad reviews you read here, they are all true. Any positive review is likely written by her staff or someone paid to write good reviews for her. She is incompetent in medicine, her staff are extremely rude, condescending, and downright hostile and deplorable. Workplace violence and harrassment works both ways, you cannot dish it out to customers anymore than they can dish it out to you. Most patients don't walk into a doctors office and freak out over nothing, and most tolerate a lot of abuse before they ever speak up because they're afraid of not being able to see a doctor, so when a person does speak up you know it's gotten to a serious point. The manner in which this doctors office treats patients is unacceptable from any standard. The doctors skill, or lack thereof is also deplorable. I believe if the cpso investigated her she would lose her medical license. She is verbally abusive to patients, dismissive of their concerns, and should not ever be practicing medicine.

I have had the opportunity to have Dr. Lily Cha for my doctor, since 2004. She has been so amazing
And understanding, I have gone through 4 pregnancies with her and her great team she has. Always ready to answer my questions (some silly ones too).

I live in Cambridge since 2012, and I travel to see Dr. Cha because she is the only one I trust to take care of me and my babies. Even the follow ups are great, and I take that opportunity to show her the baby at that moment. All in all Dr. Cha is great.

I rate this with zero stars! The receptionist hangs up on you and does not let you talk. Very rude. They dont call you with results and eventhough the answering machine specifies to leave a voicemail message they never return your calls. I left a couple of messages and also called many times and the phone was never answered so I had to come in person and give attitude to the receptionist in order to get an appointment. This is what I call negligence. I have no problems with the doctor but the receptionist needs to be replaced asap and from what I see all the other reviews are negative aswell.
