I purchased a brand new bike last year. The setup was poor - the front derailleur wasn't indexed and the chain catcher was installed incorrectly (not even close to the chainrings, so useless). Bolts weren't torqued, including the seat post clamp. The bar tape job was poor and the cabling was far from neat.

They installed a set of Look pedals and gave me the empty box. I've since learned that all Look pedals should come with a set of cleats - these were missing so I had to purchase a new set. Terrible setup is one thing, stealing from customers is another.

The first person that helped me when picking up the bike was friendly enough. I did not appreciate being hollered and yelled at by another employee on the way out asking if I had paid for the bike, then forcing me to wait while they checked with the original employee that helped.

Crap setup, rude customer service, and sticky fingers when it comes to included accessories. I recommend going elsewhere.

I stopped by the shop last summer to pick up batteries for my SRAM RED eTap shifters after they both died in the middle of a long ride. Overall, wasn't happy with the customer service. Felt like the store owner didn't want to assist (the store was empty) and he tried to pitch the idea that I leave my bike for a mechanic to inspect. In reality, all the job required was pulling back the rubber cover to reveal the area where I needed to replace the puck battery. I felt like the store owner was trying to take advantage of the situation and upsell me on something that just needed very simple verbal direction. I got it done with the help of YouTube.
