Don't let the name deceive you. This fine, classy secondhand store sells primarily books for collectors. The owner's stock has been very skilfully curated to represent a deep and wide breadth that reflects the English Canon with a healthy nod to Canadian authors and science fiction. Both two of my favourite genres.

The furniture selection is unparalleled, truly such beautiful pieces. They also sell rare and first edition books as well as just a solid collection of books in general, and have a great movie selection. The owner is very kind and easy to talk to, super helpful. A little gem in Hamilton!

Chaises Musicales is an absolute gem. It's got awesome furniture, Out-of-print DVDs and blu rays, cult films, first editions of books, framed art, and posters. Stop by at the right time, you might find a movie you've been looking for for years, or randomly a Sega Genesis still in the box.
