We went back to OG classic Korean Bbq. We were pleasantly surprised that the food and experience was better than we remembered.

Solid kbbq spot.great cuts of meat with uniquely flavoured mocktails and desserts.
About 50 bucks for the dinner menu on weekends, solid pricepoint.

I really like this Korean BBQ spot I go to regularly, mainly because their barbecue is delicious. They offer a wide variety of tasty meats that I enjoy. But, there are a couple of things that could make it even better.

First, there's a bit of a language issue. The staff doesn't speak English very well, so sometimes there's confusion with orders. They've brought us things we didn't ask for a few times. It would be great if they could improve communication.

The other thing is the kimchi. I'm a big fan of kimchi, but theirs doesn't quite hit the mark. It's not as spicy and flavorful as I'd like it to be, so it's not my favorite part of the meal.you should definitely try their ribs and short ribs. Those are my absolute favorites and are worth a visit on their own. Despite these issues, I keep coming back because the barbecue is so good. If they could fix these small problems, it would be a perfect spot for Korean BBQ enthusiasts like me.

I recall a time when the thinly sliced beef and other meats were nicely marinated, seasoned and tender. Our recent visit was very disappointing. Other than the short ribs, every other meat dish was quite tough and chewy. The attention to quality and detail has significantly declined. Definitely not worth the premium price anymore for an all you can eat dinner.

Horrible customer service (I don’t blame the servers they were told by management and owners what to do)! Horrible food quality, Meats were alll fulll of fat and can’t even chew, salmon was sour, shrimp was sour and they have the audacity to come and say you will be charged extra for the sides (which I said no problem to btw) …I rather avoid getting food poisoning the next day, I will pay the money… I am sorry I can’t have your bean sprouts if I’m disgusted by all the meat I can’t even chew… last thing, the server who mentioned she is the manager, who compared me to the next table saying that they come every day!? So! How unprofessional is that? I also go to better restaurants, do I compare the foood!? Sorry I have a life than come to chakos everyday and have gross meat pureeee fat! Btw this was on a Monday… and I am a fair person, last time I came to this location never had an issue and food was good and I never complain but I guess on Mondays quality has to be bad since it’s not busy? …As a person working in a restaurant for a long time,

The place is very cozy and very well designed with a very varied menu of food and drinks for all tastes in terms of meats and mariacos. Highly recommended to spend with family and friends

This barbecue restaurant is about 15 minutes drive from my home, which is very convenient for me. More importantly, the price is affordable, the variety and quality of meat are very good, and the waiters are warm and thoughtful. I like it very much.

We love this place because it allows you to cook yourselves your favorite meat and good options on them. Our family loves this place but this time we missed the mango icecream whi h was our go-to desert.
The new look is good. They need to improve the service part and also they charge 12.5%service and on top of the tip 18% and that bothered us too much. The bar does not have a proper bartender due to that the drink was not served properly. We had to ask multiple times for the right combination.

This is the second time, the comfortable environment, the perfect taste and the intimate service, the children loved it very much and are looking forward to the next time.

Visited for the first time since the renovation and we really liked it. It was a great experience. There’s a new way to order via QR code. The food and service were good. Also, we didn’t leave smelling like smoke! Great place for AYCE dinner.

I'm delighted to share my recent wonderful experience at Chako Restaurant located at Highway 7 and 404. The positive changes I noticed during my visit truly made it an exceptional dining outing.

First and foremost, I am pleased to report a significant improvement in the restaurant's ventilation system. It's evident that they have taken steps to enhance the airflow, ensuring that the dining area remains free from any lingering food odors. This change greatly contributes to a more pleasant and comfortable dining environment.

The quality of the food was remarkably noticeable. Each dish we enjoyed was a testament to the dedication and skill of the culinary team. It's clear that they take great pride in crafting flavorful and satisfying meals, and the results were truly impressive.

The introduction of an app-based menu system was a game-changer in streamlining the dining experience. Not only did it facilitate quicker and more efficient service, but it also provided us with a user-friendly way to explore the menu and make our selections.

The recent renovations, particularly the updated tables and stoves, have injected a vibrant and positive energy throughout the restaurant. The ambiance is now even more inviting, and it's evident that the establishment is committed to creating a pleasant and enjoyable space for their guests.

I must also commend “Joice” the lady at the front desk for her exceptional hospitality. Her warm welcome, professionalism, and positive attitude contributed to making our visit truly memorable.

Our group of 11 people gathered at Chako Restaurant last week to celebrate a friend's birthday, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. The combination of great food, inviting ambiance, and attentive service made it a special occasion for all of us. In fact, we were so impressed that we have already decided to return this week to celebrate my dad's birthday – a testament to the high level of satisfaction we experienced.

As a recommendation, I would add alcoholic drinks to the app-based menu similar to the food so they can be ordered without calling the servant.

The manager of the restaurant sucks! We have been going to this place for lunch every week for the last year.lunch is up to 3 pm.this monday we got there at 3: 01 pm and stupid manager didnt let us in for lunch.she mentioned we have to pay more since its 1 min after 3 pm and we have to pay for dinner! That’s ridiculous.where is the loyalty to your customers?
