The store is way overcrowded at almost all times now. There are more people shopping in the mall than there were living here once. Everybody is in a rush, whether on foot or wheels. The whole point is to go first and block others. Grooming takes time but impossible without an urge.

Cashiers are disrespectful and rude to customers.
Management should give training to employees before assigning them work about customer dealing. Her attitude is just collecting money and throwing customers off.

This Chalo FreshCo/Sobeys branded grocery store doesn't have a lot of regular food selection since it mostly caters to Brown Indians and their food brands living here in Mississauga. It gets too busy here everyday even in the mornings and most of the Brown Indians who drive recklessly through the Westwood Mall doing their groceries are extremely dangerous and are not respectful of the other races of peoples who live in the area. The store doesn't have self-checkout machines which means longer lines and waiting. In fairness to FreshCo their prices for items in their prices are reasonable. I wish they had more Generic Compliments branded products though.

It’s a FreshCo grocery Mart where you can buy Asian groceries and I love the Management I mean the way they are keeping the products on shelves it’s visible, and the place is very hygiene and clean. The staff is helpful too.

Update: the place have become a terrible place to visit. Stupid drivers increased around the area and must be blind to park the car right in front of the store entrance and exit where no parking is listed.although we see store security person standing and watching as if it’s not his duty to secure premises. Interestingly nothing is being done by the store

Halal Meat section is offering the best service with good meat and fair price. The rest of the store can use a little organization and cleaner aisles. It is overcrowding with the increasing population of international students in the area, and prices are just going up continuously.

Freshco has all required Indian groceries. I would suggest to keep compostable cover instead of regular polythene. Why don’t you follow like costco where they giving compostable covers to carry non veg items.

It has all the basic items that one can expect to get. Prices are fair so nothing to raise an eyebrow there. Good parking place so no complaints there either.

Large store with a lot of different options. Specially made for the South Asian diaspora, you'll find a lot of items specific for these communities you may not find at other regular stores. Clean, well managed. Always busy though

Everybody always prefer to go chalo freshco, me too. Good place to buy fresh veg, meat etc. But, I got bad experience from 7305 gorway chalo freshco. On 22nd april 2023 i did shopping and served by Mr Vipul, he doesn't know interaction with people. There is no crowd but He waits me more than 30 mnts in the billing area for his doubt clearance, my 4 month baby is crying at that time. Please keep a little common sense people in stores.

Horrible customer service and the manager needs people training, especially through these difficult times. What happened to this store?

Everything is good but there is no variety of Haldiram's packed food instead of ashoka they should keep it

The customer service is very very poor; the cashier’s very rude especially there’s one girl named ‘Megna’, her attitude while serving the customers is not what customers expect from them. If you attend customers you should keep calm and respond appropriately, no need to take out your frustrations on the customer. If I would have the option to give “0” rating for their service will surely go for that.

Store is clean some staff is quite friendly, could use a delicious or hot food area but overall ok.good prices and they still price match.good selection in their garden good comparable prices to walmart.

Nice big supermarket to find all Indian groceries. The prices are extremely reasonable even during these crazy times. One stop shop for all grocery needs. The place is also centrally located so it's easily accessible from people living in Mississauga and etobicoke area. I highly recommend checking this place out as it could end up saving you a lot of money in these crazy inflation times.

Chiken is always stale and smells bad but i dont know why the date is printed ahead bit chicken is already expired it happens two times to me

This store is the most dis organized grocery I seen in a long time. Staff not help ful and most of the prices are not the price when u reach the register. Lines are always long, if u go on the week end plan to be there for the whole day.
