I am so happy with Champlain Animal Hospital. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable. I love the big lobby with lots of space in case someone's pet may need a little more room. And there has never been a long wait whatsoever and all the examinations seem thorough. The vets are calming and kind with my two cats, and my dog who can be a little anxious

I am new to this area and needed a vet for my cat Tessa who has an ongoing medical issue and I have received excellent care from reception, to the vet techs all the way up to the Vets. Tessa has been in great care going here as the clinic always follows up to see how my girl is doing after she has been in. I haven't met the vet personally because of Covid restrictions but I'm very comfortable with the kindness and professionalism everyone has shown Tessa and myself. Update: I have now been in to the clinic and it goes without saying, everyone there is fantastic. They all take such great care of my Tessa, from being checked in, to being assessed and treated by Dr. Nora, to "spa day" with Rebecca. I always know before any treatment is done what needs to be done and an estimate so there is never any surprises. I know Tessa is always in great, caring hands at Champlain Vet!

We just moved to the area and our first priority was finding a new vet. Our friends recommended Champlain and we are grateful they did. Everyone we met was wonderful and our new vet really took her time to get to know us and our dog. She made us feel welcome and had great suggestions to help us help him to not be so afraid of going to the vet. Well done team

Staff were all kind and courteous. Claire came for her first meet and greet and was treated with kindness and plenty of patience. She was quite nervous but they were very good at calming her throughout her visit. I would definitely recommend Champlain to anyone looking for a Vet.

Met Dr. Woolings today. She has an excellent bedside manner. She saw my feline Parker today. Dr. Woolings was very thorough and she explained everything she was doing and why. I hope Dr. Woolings is a permanent addition to the veterinarians at Champlain.

We had our first visit with our older dog and it was an excellent experience. There was very little wait past our appointment time, and the doctor had prepared by reading Benny's history ahead. Dr. Woolings was thorough and made Benny feel very relaxed and comfortable (and he's an anxious dog), listened carefully to all of our questions and concerns and provided helpful information. The check-out was also very efficient. We are very pleased with the decision we made by moving Benny's care to Champlain.

Dr. Woolings is my dogs Veterinarian and we could be happier - she is kind, gentle, knowledgeable. Champlain Animal Hospital in a whole is great - kind, responsive, helpful, all the things you want in a good vets office! All the reception staff and vet techs are fantastic. Champlain Animal Hospital has been caring for every one of my fur babies for over 25 years. From the beginning of each of their lives to sadly the end. I have had absolutely the best experiences with all of their kind, caring professional staff. Wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else.

My first visit to Champlain Animal Hospital was incredible! My 7-year-old rescue had never been to the vet. I was expecting our visit to be incredibly expensive. I was pleasantly surprised by the "less is more and only prescribed when needed" mentality.
We are so happy Champlain had room for us and has taken our new family member on.

They take good care of our 2 cats when we vring them there, and they send emaild to remind of appointments and when they need shots before there over due
