We were celebrating our nephew Hashir’s Birthday. We booked two Bowling lanes. Due to a technical error one lane was reserved but the manager Daniel quickly resolved the situation by offering second lane free of cost with free Arcade cards. Very impressive and professional treatment by the staff. Kids enjoyed a lot. Hats off to the friendly and professional staff with special thanks to Daniel for making our day. We will return soon.

What happened to this place? I remember when it first opened and it was the best entertainment in town! I guess all good things come to an end. Last night we rented the upstairs billiards room. They didn't have any staff so they had a young bus boy serve us. Poor guy tried his best but he had zero experience and no other help. The manager sure didnt help. Drinks took 45 min and food 2 hours. The carpet was all ripped up and we were tripping on it all night. When it came time to pay, our server gave me the interact machine to pay. I asked to see my bill and he told me that customers have to go to the bar to pickup there bill on the way out. Basically I was asked to pay first and ask questions later lol. I don't think I'll ever go back!

Arcade used to be great, now just a sad cash grab. Two different games took credits but were broken and didnt work. Staff used to be able to combine leftover credits on cards; now my 10-year is stuck with cards with 7 credits (useless) and 4 credits (useless), when the min credits for a game is 8 credits. Sounds like the new ownership is very customer unfriendly.

Just had my daughter's birthday party there. They had my reservation but not my food order. The VIP room was a MESS, the one lane kept jamming up so we had to switch. They were seriously understaffed.

BUT Kylie saved our party. She fixed everything for us. She was attentive and responsive and she actually cared about the experience we were having. She was incredible. Hats off to this young lady for being so amazing. Jack and Sara also helped us when things were not going as planned.

Our party was saved because of the three of them. They are great! I give these three individuals a 5-STAR all the way.

The place needs more staff that care like those three people cared for us. The place itself has good food, and is fun. Arcade, bowling, VIP bowling and billiards.

The new GM Nikki is super unprofessional, she needs to be re-trained on how to properly speak to guests and her staff. Never in my life have I left a restaurant so shocked at how I was spoken to. She’s very aggressive and prefers to intimidate her guests and staff rather than conduct an actual conversation like an adult.

Booked a reservation for 7 to have dinner first then bowling for a friends going away party. First we walked into the restaurant and they were very understaffed (only 2 people working) considering there was a reservation for 47 people as well as ours and other walk-ins. The younger female server was trying her best to keep up although she was very overwhelmed due to understaffing, a great person that deserves more support. Our food was brought out in two intervals. 20 minutes waiting for meals as some we’re almost finished. The servings for the meals were quite disappointing considering the pricing. Then we went bowling… Moved lanes not once… not twice but three times due to the lanes not working correctly. You would think we would be compensated for time and money wasted on a horrible experience.

Honestly speaking I don't know if I want to go here again. The service was so bad. Initially when we went we had booked bowling for 730 and got there at 720 we waited in line for like 30 minutes before we could go to our lane y because they were short staff.and once inside we ordered food and the food was super super late our friends that had ordered the food waited waited and finally they left because they needed to be somewhere else and that's when the food showed up.when we told the owner or the manager about their service, he just brushed it off with an apology and that was it.
