Amazing customer service and meticulous workmanship. My fiancé and I are so thrilled about how our curtains and blinds turned out! Having moved into an older house with extremely mismatched drapery, it was daunting trying to think about what a refresh would entail - but we couldn’t believe how easy the team at Changs Drapery made the process for us. Not only do they excel at their craft, they somehow figured out what we wanted even before we could articulate it. The light filtering all around the house is exactly how we wanted it with the zebra blinds that were recommended. I love how the sheer curtain now frames our large window, which gives us the option of keeping our living space light and airy when the three-part heavy blinds are not drawn. Our fussy expectations of flexibility were certainly exceeded, and our house feels transformed. Thank you especially to Joe who went to great lengths to make sure we were well taken care of! I would highly recommend Changs Drapery to my loved ones without hesitation.

Chang's Drapery House provided a fantastic service for our new home. We were looking everywhere for window coverings, but they were either low quality or extremely pricey. Luckily, our friend referred us to Chang's Drapery House. They were very knowledgeable about their products, and were patient with all the questions we had. They were quick and efficient with doing the measurements and providing us with our blinds. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for window coverings!

Bill at Changs Drapery is amazing. He was patient, responsive and truly customer oriented. We were moving within 10 days and he rushed our master bedroom to allow us to get our drapes before we move and then followed up on the remaining job on time and to perfection! Don't trust Chang who is the owner. He is the worst professional I have ever met. I would never recommend this company. There is are other companies with better prices and better service.

Great pricing and amazing quality from Chang's Drapery! I got 4 quotes for my condo and they other three couldn't compare. The other 3 companies didn't have the breadth of options that Chang's Drapery could offer!

Will walked me through the process and provided helpful suggestions as to the type of fabric to use for my blinds. His team kept me updated during the entire process and installed my blinds much sooner than expected. Price was a factor in my decision in choosing Changs Drapery but the level of client service Will and his team provided will definitely make me a repeat customer.

Not only service was excellent but also the cost was unbelievable. I asked a person to come and fix broken chain of roller blinds and they asked me to pay $150. I highly recommend this place.

Before we found Chang’s Drapery, our roller blinds broke 3 chains in a year- I couldn’t figure out what wasn’t working. After I spoke with Will & Joe, we had a solution within minutes. I had thought we were going to to have to replace all the blinds in the condo, but it turned out it was a $10 fix. What a relief! The whole team was so helpful and accommodating! Will recommend Chang’s Drapery House to everybody!

Changs Drapery did a fantastic job installing blinds at my condo in Mississauga. The price was excellent and it turned out really good and I am very happy with them. We did horizontally hanging blinds in our living room and then we did curtains in the master bedroom and second bedroom and they turned out excellent, the installer that they sent was very quick and he cleaned up after and everything looks perfect. Also I referred them to my work place and it turned out really good.

They gave me a very reasonable quote and it was easy to schedule an appointment with them. They came to install roller shades in my condo and their worker did it with meticulous detail.

2 months after install, I noticed a tiny crack on one of the balls on the handles, but their worker came in the next day to fix it. They stand behind the quality of their product and treat their customers like family.

I received absolutely top notch customer service from Will and his team, and it was great to support a local family owned business during COVID. Chang’s Drapery are knowledgeable and equip you with all the information and options you need to make the best decision for your blinds and drapes.
