I've never had a good experience. Slow and never available. I beg for an appointment everytime I call and never get one. Find somewhere else folks.

Was very happy with the quality of care I received for my dog. The vet was attentive and took the time to explain everything and made us feel welcome.

Fast friendly compassionate staff. Clean and well managed.
I have 3 animals that go regularly and for emergency visit.

I take my giant dog and two cats to chapel hill, and they are always professional and awesome with the animals. The staff are helpful and informative and allow you to make informed choices about the health of your pets. Would recommend to give them a call if you get a new friend!

Have been brought both of our dogs there for years. Great staff, honest assessments about what would be needed.

We are long term clients, we are always treated as the last of the priorities. We are never squeezed in when we have an emergency, we find ourselves searching for emergency clinics that accept new ptients.

Today we went to Vanier Veterinary hospital and IT IS NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE. So much care, so informative, YOU FEEL THAT YOUR PET IS LOVED and not a LIVING WALLET.

Today we even realised that Chapel Hill NEVER DOES A FOLLOW UP. EVER.
Both of our cats were due for a vaccine and we didn’t even know.

This, and let us not forget the fact that we can never enter the facility, we just wait in the parking lot. Which is fine if it was the only downside, but it is as if we don’t have a clinic for our pets.

Today we called because our cat needed urgent help and the way they answered the phone was soooooo cold, without any feeling of empathy and THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME.

If i could give a ZERO I would. Shame on you. SHAME ON YOU. A pet should be treated with respect and love. If you can’t take care of your long term patients, you might as well close the clinic and change careers. Pets aren’t only money, they are living creatures.

Now most certainly you will answer with a generic reply, to catch up the bad review but that will not change the 3 YEAR EXPERIENCE THAT WE HAD WITH YOU GUYS.

The technicians were so friendly and helpful. The veterinarian was awesome, and the price was very reasonable.

Been going for a few years, but recently had an appointment where all my questions were left unanswered, with a disinterested vet. Felt more like a "get in get out" rather than a place that cared for my pet. Past years were good, recently no. 2*

The receptionist was super rude, condescending, short and impatient. We called in because we were concerned about our dog (had some questions) and wanted to book an appointment for a check up. She sounded more annoyed with every question we asked. Really not the attitude we were expecting for a family worried about their dog & definitely not a good look on them. This is our second experience like this, we will be looking into changing clinics.

Very good caring staff. They're flexible in scheduling appointments and you always get in close to your appointment time
