Dr. Diana Metyas is exceptional. This practice has the latest, modern equipment and have recently expanded. The cleaning treatment is also top notch from the hygienists. The staff are friendly and helpful. They even validate parking.

Perfect place. Dr was so polite and he explained the issues clearly and he suggested what to do next and make me clear when should I go for the next step too. The front office team also very friendly and handled the clients very respectfully.

Excellent work done here. I have had extractions and fillings done by two different dentists in this office and all work has been excellent! Very nice, very quick, very professional!

I would highly recommend Chaplin dental. My entire family goes. They are great with my teenagers. The office staff are friendly and welcoming. The dentist's are knowledgeable, personable and take the time to explain what is required. The hygienists are great.

They edited my rating after giving them 1 star - I still remember the poor experience I had here. Disorganized, ugly facilties except for the reception, and they added services to my appointment I did not ask for. Then had the nerve to call me and tell me they deserve at least 3 stars, and changed my rating

I’ve been here about 4 times for various reasons and the hospitality, then the familiarity really makes you comfortable. The crew at reception is welcoming and warm - pretty much all you need to feel at the dentist’s.
Booking appointments is easy too. They’re super responsive to the website so I’d encourage you to call in or use the website appointment form.
I’ve been treated by Dr Paul. He takes the time to address my concerns and explain (and explain again because I have the attention span of a fruit fly) procedures.
I really appreciate that they give you an estimate for procedures that will hurt the pocket before proceeding with them. They call you about your insurance before they charge. While I wish dental procedures anywhere in Toronto didn’t cost a month’s rent, it’s nice to have the clinic share information so you can plan your expenses before taking decisions.

The best dental service in the area. Very professional and provide the best service I have experienced. They are honest, will only do what you really need, and will not rob your insurance as others may do. Dr. Diana is the best and most honest dentist I have ever dealt with.

Unfortunately, I have to say it seems like Chaplin Dental doesn't provide the same quality service anymore.
I drove over an hour for my appointment to discover the doctor has left and cancelled my appointment, so I only received the cleaning.
The service itself isn't as good anymore. The 5-star average seems much overrated. I used to travel a bit of distance for the better service, but now will be moving to a closer spot.

I don’t ever leave reviews, but honestly this place deserves it. Every single person has been so kind to me and, as someone who didn’t go to the dentist growing up, it’s a really inviting experience. It’s almost hilarious how you will be treated like you’re a guest at a hotel.

Everyone is very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions/work with you to understand your oral health… which is great for me because I ask a million questions.

I have been going to Chaplin Dental since 1995 when I worked in the same building continuous until now, although retired and living in Ajax!

I’ve been a patient of Chaplin Dental for 2 years and I really trust the whole team there, since the receptionists, who are always very smily and helpful, till the assistants and doctors, who are also very professional and kind. I’ve done many procedures with Dr Paul. He’s always very kind, frank and careful to explain all the pre/during/pos perks of what he’s doing. Besides, I love his didactic to handle my fear of needles and dentist in general. It always leaves me comfortable and confident. I really trust and recommend his work and the whole team.

I have been a patient of Chaplin Dental going on 40years and always got the very best treatment from the original dentist now retired. Now, under new management the excellence continues and I still feel more like a family member rather than just a client. The atmosphere there is always friendly and efficient and they go the extra mile to assure your comfort. Went there to see doctor Frida (dentist) and Jasmine (hygienist). Decided to share my negative experience. Frida were forcing me to buy additional products like implants and thing that you can use during night time between your teeth. Even when I explained that I am not willing to pay this money, she ignored what I said and kept pushing. She never asked how much my insurance covers for it, would I be able to afford spending that much money, she just kept pushing. I suspect she has sales targets that she wants to meet otherwise I do not understand why you would not try to understand each client situation and force pricy products to them non-stop. Besides she was doing very painful procedure checking my gums and I was telling her it is painful she never stopped and asked if I am comfortable to proceed with it, if it is okay, she kept doing it and just from time to time said sorry when I was in pain. She was just trying to do her work without caring or listening to the client. I regret choosing her as my dentist. Next the hygienist was late 35 mins, no one was telling me how long it will take, where is she or even acknowledging that I am just waiting there and maybe someone should provide me with update. I had to ask them so they ask hygienist when she will be free. The best part about the visit is the reception lady she was very nice and helpful.

Had a really pleasant experience here and will definitely come back. Everyone was friendly, professional and attentive to my needs. My cleaning and general check went smoothly and painless.

If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Since I was a kid I've had terrible experiences at the dentist and because of it I am always nervous and apprehensive about going.

From the very first appointment Dr. Diana Metyas was able to make me feel comfortable. She listened to me and was patient. She's extremely thorough which gave me confidence in her care. In the end she was able to help me with getting the smile I've always dreamt of. She is by far the absolute best dentist I've ever been to. I recommend her to any and everyone. She's a miracle worker!

The ladies at the front are helpful and informative and will take the time to explain things to you if needed. I've always had nothing but good interactions with them. They are rock stars up there. Great atmosphere!

My Story:
My childhood dentist gave me veneers on my 4 front teeth when I didn't need them. Since then I've had a whirlwind of issues including having to get root canals. My veneers constantly fell out which was a cause of a lot of embarrassment for me. I had a biking accident and lost 3 of the original 4 veneers. Since then they would constantly fall out and I'd have to get various different replacements in the front different colours and sizes. I don't smile with my mouth open, I cover my mouth a lot. It's been about 20+ years of this.

Finally, Dr. Diana was able to sit with me and patiently talk about how to fix what has been done. She slowly went through a game plan with me of how to get the smile I dreamt of. It took roughly about a year or so but I could not be any happier with the work she's done. She is an absolute miracle worker. She's very meticulous, precise and genuinely cares about the work she does. The most important thing is that she listened to me and what I wanted and did exactly what I hoped for. I could not say enough of about this team. Thank you thank you!

My wife and I went to the Chaplin Dental after avoiding dentists for several years due to bad experiences. The main reason why we went was that she broke one of her teeth and needed treatment. The customer service while making the appointment was incredibly understanding and accommodating. As for my wife's dental treatment, the dentist and hygienist were outstandingly patient and we had to return a couple of times to sort it all out. I was surprised by the care and due diligence while they were doing her procedures, which was what made me also schedule an appointment with them. In my case, all the staff was equally courteous and patient. I honestly was cautious about all the five-review but the clinic really deserves it.

I was quite nervous before getting my procedure done but Chaplin Dental (and Dr. Paul and Maloney) did an amazing job!

I did not have an appointment. The staff were extremely helpful, they all went above and beyond. The dental concerns that I had going in were all addressed and taken care of. Dr. Sirek referred me to the specialist needed and gave me a prescription. I would highly recommend visiting their practice today!

I have been going to see Dr. Diana for about 10 years now. She's always been professional, super efficient, reliable, hospitable, and doesn't overcharge. There are too many great things to say about her work so I'm not even sure where to begin. Dr. Natalie Fuhr is an excellent dentist. She took the time to explain all my dental issues, take x-rays, set up a plan for fillings and extractions all within 40 mins, without the appointment feeling rushed. The admin staff was equally good and worked seamlessly to set up the new patient file and submit my insurance claim.

Absolutely love this place. Dr. Diana is the best dentist in Toronto so far, she is very compassionate and understanding. No pain at all. Highly recommended to everyone.

I usually get really anxious when I have to go to the dentist but after coming to Chaplin Dental since last year, I find myself less nervous. The administrative staff are always so welcoming and helpful (in person and email) and Dr Natalie is honestly the best dentist I've ever had. She is very friendly and takes time to explain the service/procedures during my appointments. The hygienists are also great too! I definitely recommend Chaplin Dental for any dental needs.

Dentist, hygienist, front staff are all very professional, courteous and competent. But I have been to the clinic 4 times in the past year and every time I have had to pay substantially more than the estimate I was given. Unless you have dental insurance coverage, be prepared to pay through your teeth (pun intended).

I was really impressed with the level of coordination and organization overall. Everyone seems to always be on point and my visits were very quick. Dr. Diane was amazing and a true professional. Everybody had excellent teamwork. I had several fillings done and they were painless and looked amazing. I also had some front teeth that chipped due to a bike accident and she fix them up as if they were brand new. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a dentist.

My first visit was on Aug 15,2020 for a dental cleaning. I cycled there - plenty of spots to park a bike. I also spotted a paid lot for cars across the street.

The office is clean. They had several touch points before I walked in so I was reassured on what to expect with covid adjustments.

One major change is the manual scaling in order to minimize droplets. Not sure if this contributed to a rougher experience, or maybe that was my hygienist's style. Maybe a combination of the two.

Looking forward to bettering my review considering all the other positive ones that I'm reading.

I had oral exam, teeth fillings and cleaning done here. All of them of are very pleasant experience. Dr. Sina is very professional and patient to answer all my questions and concerns. The front desk staff too are super friendly and walked me through the insurance process. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good dental clinic. Would be great if they could play some music instead of rolling news on covid when you are lying on the exam chair lol.

I went here because of the rave reviews, but left dissapointed. The place feels a bit "black mirror" with all of these TV's blaring in all of the small, white and cheaply decorated patient rooms. Definitely not a cozy place. They get the job done, but they don't do custom trays for whitening and also tried to push braces on me during my first visit. Even if you have insurance, you still have to pay for it and then they will process it after. I now drive an hour to my old dentist because I did not want to return here.

From the moment you enter you feel welcome by the bright and attractive decor at Chaplin Dental. The assistants are friendly and make you feel comfortable and at home as soon as you walk in. Anything you tell Carm, the office manager, she'll remember, be it personal or professional. Six months later, she'll be asking you about your last vacation or your kids- by name!

The saying "no pain, no gain", does not apply at this dental office. Over the years I have had a lot of dental work done with absolutely no pain. I've had a lot of gain though, especially recently with veneers, with no pain. Dr. Diana Metyas who has now taken over where Dr. Dunec left off is an amazingly patient dentist and is a perfectionist. She takes tremendous pride in her work and feels great satisfaction in knowing that you are pleased with the work she has done. Any tiny flaw that you may conceive, feel free to tell her and she will be happy to satisfy your dental desire.

I’ve been coming to this office for years and it just keeps getting better and better a few new faces here and there Dr. D is very good with our children I would not hesitate to recommend Chaplin Dental to my family or friends. If your looking for one of the best dental clinics in the city of Toronto this is by far one of them for sure. They also validate your parking so that it’s free parking! They have TV’s on the ceilings and the front end staff is very polite and nice.
