I was there at 4: 58pm and they were closed, with lock on gates. I drove there for 15 min in heavy traffic because i really needed some last minute stone. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
Update: ok, probably my car clock was slow if you say that yours was 4: 59: 18. I changed the review to 4 stars; still disappointed that at 4: 59 the place was closed with a lock on gate (takes some time to lock everything). Also I do not appreciate your comment "Please enjoy the rest of the day" - please try to stay professional.
2 update: I went back there today, and I got my supplies. It's all good.

I think its finally time after close to three years of dealing with this company to leave a review. This place is my go to 100% of the time! This stone yard has customer service down pat! When you pull in everyone is quick to help you and they have everything you need for your outdoor patio needs from aggregate, sands and beautiful pavers. I would a recommend them to anyone that would like a company that is punctual with deliveries and has great customer service skills. Thanks guys.

I ordered stone delivery from Chapmans landscape supply when I initially called check the dates so that my delivery would arrive on time as my clients were on a tight timeline I called three days before my delivery they delivered the stone a day early and blocked my clients car out of their driveway terrible customer service I will never shop here again

Jan 4 I call and ask if I can get cement block. Man on phone told me yes. I borrow truck run to store and gentleman behind desk told me he is sorry because they are frozen.
When I ask if he knows any other place who carry cement block, he told me unfortunately no because I am not from here. Thank for servise like this!

I wanted to share our experience at this location. The product itself was great and exactly what we were looking for. No complaints there.

What I did not enjoy is dealing with the staff. The first time we went into the store, they were wearing masks but not the second time. Nor did anyone wear a mask when they delivered my product. As well, the staff seemed quite disinterested in answering our questions. Not a huge deal since we knew what we wanted. My main concern was the lack of COVID protocols. We will unfortunately not go back to this location.

Best place in the city for anything landscaping or masonry! Prices are great and exceptional staff which make it a very positive experience. Deliveries are quick and easy and picking up is great too as staff members load your vehicle for you.

Everything you need and the people are very friendly and helpful; Great place to get advice and shop!

Great place to get landscaping supplies. They have nice convenient bags of various aggregates and are a decent price. Would recommend.
