One of those unfinished City projects. It’s 95% complete basically it has a pedestrian and cycling lane that oddly ends at the tennis courts where you have to go into speeding traffic to continue in the lane after crossing the road couple of times. Why would the lane just end or why in all these years it hasn’t been finished? Also majority of drivers are doing double or more the speed limit here including the police cruisers.

One of the best parks in Thunder Bay. Friendly people, beautiful scenery, golf games in the background, cute dogs, people playing tennis. This place is blissful for walkers, joggers, nature lovers.
