It needs, more lazy boys or chairs. That way you can read a book. A, new coffee shop would be great as well.

I love going to chapters. Such a great store. The staff are always so great and helpful.
If you can't find something they can order and ship it to you which is awesome.
It's also nice there is a Starbucks in the store (I still can't justify paying $5 for a coffee!)

I was looking for a book for my nephew for his birthday, and once I found what I was looking for there was this amazing lovely lady who worked in the kids section in the back.she made my experience amazing, she offered to wrap all the presents that me and my friend bought, and she was such a friendly and personable person.she was able to balance servicing us and making sure other customers are being serviced at the checkout counter which was so wonderful because there was no lack in service for either.she was very entertaining with her stories about Mr. Steve which is her kitty cat. One of my best consumer experiences at a chapters

Friendly employees, today I had a conversation with my cashier about a book related to one I purchased today, so that was rad.

I came in to replace my bike because my dog literally ate my last one. I found a pretty nice one, felt good in my hands (buying a bible is a little like buying a guitar. You need to hold it in your hands before purchasing), and was priced well

The staff was super friendly. I wonder how much longer these retail chains are going to last given the online purchasing options.

Anyway, it was good.

Children's book in great order until the xmas rush. Ask where the french series are they are to the right outside the kids area. The whole store was immaculate! NOV 10 19

Friendly staff, if they don't have a book they'll order it for you, cute stationary and reading accessories, attached to Starbucks.

Always a nice shop, great selection, friendly helpful staff. They also bring authors in for book signings epoch is great.

My favourite book store but the range of the articles that they ate selling is not limited with books, you can also find agendas, calendars, blanket, cosy socks for reading, mugs etc.

Everyone is always very helpful, store is clean and well maintained. The kids section is the biggest that I have found visiting many stores.

This is my favorite bookstore in town to chill out and purchase books, magazines, games, cards, agenda, gifts, and other fancy interior items. This location is not crowded, and staffs are very friendly. If you are not a member of the bookstore, I highly recommend you to join their membership. The membership gives you some discount for your purchase, and you can also save some points according to your purchase. Also, there is a Starbucks at the corner of the bookstore, so you can read here with a nice cup of coffee.

Love Chapters! But if you want to buy a book from them, always check their website as it's usually cheaper and somehow they don't price match with their own website!

Fantastic service, i wanted to surprise my friend but he was with me so it was pretty difficult on its own but two workers there helped me sneak it by him. If those workers see this and remember that, I just want to say thank you so much I really appreciated that. He was extremely happy with the gift btw so once again thank you:)

What can you say about chapters, great place to have a coffee, great place to buy a gift, great place to take the kids or kill an hour or two.

Worth traveling to this one on Blair and Ogilvie. They opened an Indigo in Orleans and it's just focused on expensive stuff, books are an afterthought.

Stopped for a quick coffee in between client appointments while on business. Ottawa City Park Drive location. While washing my hands, the water from the sink splashed on to my clothes because drain wasn’t working properly. The chemicals used to wash sink ruined my sweater. Left bleach stains. Left my phone number to be contacted by manager which never happened.

Was going with 4/5 for comfort, selection, Starbucks inside, service, and location, but what bumped it up to a 5 are the people who shop there, smiling and respectful. Nice place to be.
