Organized. Clean. Orderly. Well stocked. Great staff. Lots of parking. Washrooms. Starbucks.

Clean, great atmosphere. I like that you can chill at the Starbucks there. Great atmosphere.

They’ve got a Starbucks in there, good to grab a cup of coffee/tea and browse around, everything was quite organized and easy to find.

They have lots of cool funky gift ideas and great selection of books separated into their own grouping such as Heather picks. Despite it being quite pricey for most of the items, the quality is very nice, just wish they had more anatomy books, and pocket books for anatomy, I can’t seem to find books like those when I go.

Love the store, been loving the store, but their Islam selection is so small and it’s so close to the floor? They have a few copies of the Quran and it shouldn’t be near the floor, but that’s where I found it today. You guys should move it and put it a bit higher as a sign of respect.:)

Relaxed environment so it's a fantastic location to read a good book at! I've read a couple good books after purchasing them and the reviews here are great! After you buy your book you can sit down and enjoy a coffee at starbucks!

I missed this location, we use to do banking here and first choice to pick up books and gifts. There is Starbucks, Lots of shops around and even Mexican Restaurant and grocery stores are huge, like Metro and even Chinese store. Pretty close to Hwy 401 Kennedy exit. Lost of parking.

I was excited to go to a book signing by my favourite writer at Indigo, Scarborough location. I couldn't find any mention of the event on their fb or website so I thought it may have been cancelled. I still went and was disappointed by the lack of respect shown to the very people, from which they make their living. They stuck the author in an invisible corner by the entrance by a bare plastic table. No wonder the general public assumed the author is a security guard/greeter & asked the author for directions to washrooms and help choosing greeting cards. Other Indigo/Chapters stores provide a branded table cloth & place authors in visible spots, usually by the other bestselling authors' stands. These events are also advertised on the store's social media. Dear store manager, please show some more respect to your writers and readership.

They carry the new releases that I've been waiting for. It's been a joy to read a physical copy of books again.

They have a very wide selection and a wonderful children's section. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I wish more Chapters still existed, nice layout, friendly and helpful staff (especially the cashiers), and a connected Starbucks makes for a good experience:)

One of the better locations, in my opinion. It's always clean and easy to navigate. Never crowded. The Manga section is perfect!
