Nov 2023. Lovely dinner. The Apple butter chicken was very tasty. Fantastic staff dinner at the Charcoal on March 21st. Great experience. Dec 2022. We had dinner at Del's Enoteca Pizzeria.great experience.tasty meal.lovely atmosphere.great service.thanks for a memorable evening!

The food was good and I enjoyed the banana bread old fashioned a lot! The service was disappointing. The waitress did not introduce herself and was cold. She took my wine order and later returned to let me know they were out, she then proceeded to suggest a wine at a price point twice the original one I selected and was not the same type. I was expecting a suggestion of either a similar blend of wine or similar price point.

When I asked if there were any specials she said to look in the menu and mentioned the largest tomahawk steak special (like 60oz or something crazy?) And made mention that our wallets might not be able to handle it? Maybe because I didn't agree to her wine upsell?

We ended up spending 250 on two appetizers, two beverages and two mains but the service left a bad taste in my mouth.

One of the floor managers lacked training in customer service. Was very rude and abrupt when we tried to clarify the billing process.
Sidenote: be sure to confirm that your steak comes with a side sauce as the steak we had was very dry

We have been coming here for the last few years for Christmas dinner for my wife's work. We are always very excited to dine here and very appreciative. Unfortunately this year will be our last. We had a table of six and the first thing that I will mention is that our server was not very hospitable. We can look past that though. Everybody at the table had something different. My wife ordered a yellowfin tuna bowl. I had a steak and it was solid, but unfortunately my wife had a different experience. Towards the end of the meal, she wasn't herself. We usually continue festivities at her boss' home but as soon as we got in the car she told me she wasn't feeling good. About half an hour of driving later she had to exit the car at the side of the road to throw up her dinner. Needless to say, our evening was over. Really disappointed with this experience, considering this is an upscale venue.

Experience was good as usual. Food for 2 of the 3 meals was outstanding (filet). The third meal was less than impressive and not eaten (burger), we will be back, but will not be ordering the burger again.

Incredible space for special occasions or a date night. Atmosphere is calm & beautiful. Service was great. Our server Mallori was professional, personable & fun. Highly recommend.

Excellent steak house, Rib steak as good as it gets. Decent wine list with some interesting cocktails professionally mixed. Good Job Tim.

Great service, great food and a great atmosphere. This place has been a local favourite of mine whether it's a night out with friends or loved ones. Definitely great value on the menu!

All 4 dishes were delicious! And the server was friendly and great at her job! Well done Charcoal Grill.

Choice cuts of steak. Very good. Staff was very attentive. I was with a large group. Prices reflect the cut you are choosing

5th year back for dinner for our anniversary and every time there is something new and amazing on the menu. Always a great time.

Last evening my wife and I returned to the Martini’s section of the restaurant. I’ve got to tell you, this was the best dinning experience my wife and I enjoyed in a long time. Starting with the staff – all were extremely kind, courteous and serviced our every need! The meal was hot and amazing! You will see us visit your restaurant shortly as we like to enjoy fine dinning at it’s best!

Reserved table not ready.then puts us in middle of room.when I ask for a circle booth.then ordered crown steak forgot the crown of shrimp on top.

Went here on the weekend for the first and last time. Truffle fries were all small and scrap ends. Never got the patio table we reserved. One steak was more medium then medium rare. The server was never around. By the time we got our steak knives the steak was cold. Alot of awkward attempts at a conversation with the server, made us uncomfortable. Sure it looks like high end dining, wouldn't say the service and food follows.

Nice updated local classic. No surprise menu, great service. No haute cuisine here, but good for the whole family.
