The prices are reasonable for the ambiance and quality of space! I love how beautiful the interior is, and the wide variety of food and drinks. The best is their original milk tea, and definitely the popcorn chicken. Definitely a go-to spot for me for hangouts and studying.

Excellent experience. The food and drinks were amazing! Delicious! Their drinks are so sweet and refreshing on a warm day! I had the curry and it was the perfect flavour that savoured in your tastebuds all day long. The view was magnificent. We can see the CN Tower from our table and enjoy the open air from their large garage style door. See the picture. And the service was immaculate. Very good customer experience. I'd only say the price was a tiny bit expensive for me but it was worth every penny. I'll definitely be coming back. I had fun.

Consistently delicious Chicken Teriyaki on Rice from this place. I am a huge veggie lover so I always ask for extra broccoli. Very happy I found this place:) I recently ordered the Minced Pork on UberEats though and it came with corn (no option to select zucchini or broccoli). It was meh. Tasted like ground beef with gravy and the corn was a weird combination. Teryaki chicken with broccoli remains my favourite from this place.

The restaurant is not set up for handling tourists without data roaming, but the waitress was very helpful.

Great place for some delicious food. We got their popcorn chicken rice, pork chop rice, salmon taco, and their kimchi octopus poke bowl. Their popcorn chicken was delicious, very crispy and not too oily. Their salmon taco was also very good and the sauce was great (sweet). This restaurant was newly renovated however the server was a bit slow when we asked for the bill.

Decent cocktails and really clean place. Udon curry noodles were too salty though and portion sizes could be bigger.

Visited twice within the last 2 months and both times the food and experience was consistent. I went with the popcorn chicken after reading reviews and so glad I did. It’s extremely juicy and flavourful, not soaked in oil. You can customize your meal and make add-ons, you order from their phone app, after scanning a QR code. They have pictures for most of their meals so you know what you are getting.

I visited during the weekday mid-evening both times and it wasn’t crowded. I brought my laptop both times and was able to work a little bit. It’s a great open space and vibe to work out of but the internet isn’t the strongest.

Overall, the food, price and customer service was great and will recommend if you want a nice affordable, quick, yummy lunch or dinner.

Popcorn chicken never disappoints. Crunchy and so juicy. Delicious! Nice bubble tea selection. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very cozy and nice. Spacious, clean and comfortable.

It’s been so long since I’ve been here because of pandemic, but their popcorn chicken is as good as I remember! Honestly the best Taiwanese popcorn chicken in the city, their seasoning and texture is just unique.

Saw that they did some reno too, which is great more seating available now!

Food is decent enough. Portion size is small though (at least for the Uber orders I've placed). Aslo, watch out for shady pricing on UberEats "deals". For instance, at the mome t they have BOGO for the white peach oolong tea. Great deal, right? Well, they mark up the regular price to $9.99, while the price stated in their menu for the same drink is currently $5.99. A bit of a mark-up is not uncommon for BOGO, but a 70% mark up is dishonest.

Their cocktails are cheap but just tasted like juice, don’t know if it’s worth. Otherwise pretty good place, daily deals. You have to ask for the cash discount before paying because I paid in cash but it still wasn’t even discounted

Yum yum in my tum tum, although I ordered a spicy salmon bowl and it was not spicy! Maybe I just have superhuman spice tolerance. The prices were somewhat exorbitant as I am a broke student, but it is Baldwin Street after all.

Popcorn chicken was juicy but also very oily and lacked any flavour. Their Taiwanese pork rice bowl was also very greasy and didn’t have a great aftertaste. Didn’t even finish the meal.

They are currently closed for renovations and this was not updated. Unsure if they’ll be open again but I suggest having a backup first before coming here just in case. Will come back again in the future to try their food!

Incredible dining experience every time I visit. The tacos are to die for. Flavor explosion in every bite. I come back every time.

LOVED their bubble tea. Slower service but a great place to work with a view of the CN tower.

Great place to chill, get drinks and food. The prices are fair and the food is good enough. Music can be a bit loud and its Christmas music on a loop, but all in all, a great place to keep going back to get some work done while having a meal.

Ginger Milk Tea and Taiwanese popcorn chicken, these are the two must haves when coming to Charidise.

Got the popcorn chicken on rice, and tbh not worth it, I suggest just getting the chicken alone. The rice meal came with some corn and a hard boiled egg, a somewhat disjointed combo, but to each their own. Also ordered the squid on spaghetti - just meh, squid is always good but the spaghetti sauce was like cream, mushroom, garlic, sauce - not exactly cohesive.

Lots of seating, so could see this as a great place to work or hang with friends.

I heard about this restaurant on Instagram where they were promoting it as a nice place to have Boba and delicious taiwanese food with a cool view of CN Tower! First of all the second floor was closed so we couldn’t grab the seats with the view of CN. Second, they have no servers, it’s a very big self-service restaurant, which you order food at the register and then you also have to grab your own food and bring it to the table. The food itself was not bad, but also not some thing that I’ll be coming back for. (Very small portion as well)
Overall, if you’re looking for a Starbucks type of place to work/study, but want something other than coffee this might work for you.

Fantastic food. Really flavourful. We loved it. Will certainly be ordering from here again.
