As a very demanding client, Charlene had no issue addressing any and all questions/concerns I had through out the process of signing up for a mortgage. Extremely professional and always readily available when needed. Highly recommend if you’re wavering at all between brokers.

As a Real Estate Sales person, since 1988, dealing with different Mortgage Brokers; some of them were oK, one was awful, never returning calls to clients, etc, etc, today I can say that Charlene, is the real deal. It was through a client buyer that I learned about Charlene. This happened just a couple of months ago, when my clients bought their house, and Charlene (They selected Charlene on their own), took care of their mortgage. To my surprise, after I sent the agreement of purchase and sale to Charlene, she was on top of everything right away, Charlene and I communicate back and forth. I noticed she wanted to do the right thing for the clients. Once Mortgage was approved (2 days only, and clients were very happy), she, right away as well, started to contact the Lawyer, making sure everything was in order. Lawyer also happy with Charlene.

Two weeks after, I had another client need it a mortgage ; without hesitation, I recommended him to call Charlene. Won't say it again, Charlene did an amazing job; always contacting the clients, me, lawyer; making sure everything is in order, nothing is missing, etc. Now, this client is buying an investment property, and of course Charlene will take care of that as well.
I knew it, that after these experiences I will no hesitate to refer her, to any other client, as well as any colleagues.
