Sloppy and unprofessional. They pushed me to get a reassessment of my personal taxes done, insisting that doing so would save me thousands, but the reassessment actually wound up costing me several thousand more. They also asked me to sign an engagement letter stipulating that they were not responsible for their own mistakes. I asked them to revise the engagement letter to remove this stipulation and they refused.

Charles and his entire team have continued to be effective, professional and courteous when completing both our personal and corporate taxes. I trust them to continue to save on my taxes and ensure I am 100% compliant with the CRA. Well worth the price and experience!
