Updated review. I until recently would have recommended this store to everyone. Now I will definitely not. I had my rings sized under the warranty my husband purchased in September, got them back and they perfect like new and fit again. Fast forward a week to our vehicle being broken into and my warranty card stolen. I immediately called the store and explain what happened they said no worries come on in and we will get you new cards. Perfect. I told them at that time it would be a month or 2 as we live out of town and could we come for the 6 month inspection and get it then. Sure no problem at all. So we go for the inspection in November and were told we are out of luck as we don’t have the signature card so diamond warranty is no longer valid. After 11 years of coming in EVERY 6 months for inspection we are told we are SOL. Was told suggestion maybe next time photocopy it so you have a copy still. Well lesson learned I guess. Will never return again.

Love this store. However some staff are not the friendliest. The one lady manage I forget her name is super to deal with. She is the reason I come back there.

This location has been amazing to deal with since we began shopping for our rings. My engagement ring has had nothing but issues since I got it 2 years ago. It has bent/cracked and lost diamonds at least 5 times now. The most recent time caused by a simple snag on my sweater. After the first 4 repairs I requested additional gold be added around the fracture point to try and make it stronger. This is normally an extra cost but Sue the manager agreed to do at no charge. I picked up my ring on October 17 and today it bent so not even a month after making it “stronger”. Today I dealt with a young blonde (I didnt get her name) and Sue again - both were empathetic and made me feel like my concerns were valid and being addressed. Today they are sizing me a brand new ring and sending the old one to check for defects. I could not have asked for better resolution. My wedding rings are to be worn forever and having so much issues in 2 years is both heartbreaking and frustrating. Having staff to support and work to find the best resolution for their customer is truly special. I will forever recommend this location, Sue and her staff.

Bought a white gold necklace here for a Christmas present. Beautiful except the lobster clasp broke in June. They want $50 just to take a look at it. Not happening.

If you want help with jewelery, there is an older lady who works at the store who is full of knowledge. I only wish I could recall her name. She helped me pick out an amazing ring. I know she said she's retiring in a few years. I hope she can train someone to be half as good as she is.

The manager In training was extremely rude and every un approachable. Have purchased a lot of jewelry from this location but will be looking else where from now on.

My fiancé and I had the absolute best experience here! From the moment we walked in Sue was extremely helpful and made the whole process of us selecting wedding bands a breeze. She listened to what I wanted and found the perfect band for my ring well within budget! Cannot recommend charmed and Sue enough!

Bought my wife two rings from here 5 years ago. Paid for extended warranty and now they won’t warranty it. Will never go back.

Wanted to buy a specific necklace and earring set they had sitting In the showcase.except I wanted them inngold not the necklace in gold and the earrings silver.so I asked.and she looked and said " the necklace is last years stock and the earrings this years ". So can I get them both in the same with whatever stone nope take what we have.not let me check another store for you.let me tell you of someone is walking Into a store where I work and spending that kind of money id be helping them find whatever they wanted.
Also needed to add this was a gping to be a gift for her to wear at her wedding.
