I called today regarding a gift my boyfriend purchased a few weeks ago. We sent it to get it sized and I received no updates even though they said I would get an email. When I called and they said they could not find my order and would call me back. I received no call back. Absolutely garbage customer service and very rude over the phone. I recently sent in a bracket for repair and received it with black spots all over.

For years now I only go to Charm! My last visit I just needed a replacement backing to a diamond earring and Pacey, Rada and Soussan at the Cambridge location all jumped in and helped me find one! Their customer service is absolutely exceptional, and I will continue to recommend Charm to friends and family.

Rada gave me the best customer service experience. She approached me with a smile and showed patience as I looked around. She is truly a gem!

In 2018 I dropped off a broken chain for repair. I kept forgetting to pick it up, then covid happened and I forgot about it all together. Today I received a call after YEARS and finally picked it up. I'm so glad they kept it this long. It was my son's chain from when he was younger. He's now 17. It's like picking up a little piece of his childhood. Thank you again!

The engagement rings are nice. However the person I was in contact with (Rada) was always texting me desperately looking for a sale. It was really annoying and too “salsey” compared to other independent ring shops who actually care for your happiness and not just trying to sell a ring.

I told them I’m still shopping around and she still kept messaging me all the time.

My now fiancé bought me the most beautiful engagement ring from Charm! I am completely obsessed with it and they created exactly what I wanted. One of Charms associates, Rada, was with us every step of the way. She worked with us in getting exactly what I wanted, going back and forth with the jeweller. She is very person centred and made us feel so secure and excited in our decision. I cannot stop looking at my beautiful ring, I would definitely recommend.

Rada is the best! My husband said he never wanted to get married, and one day he decided marriage was what he wanted. We picked a ring from another jeweler, and he walked around with the number in his head for weeks, and bought the ring I chose. This ring turned out becoming problematic, returning for repair several times. After our wedding, we decided to change the ring, as we were not educated on the white gold or setting. We then went to Crescent (which was closing) and bought a beautiful ring, but not the ring. We decided it was a place holder. That was 7 years ago.

My husband and I have from time to time looked into trading my ring for another, but we never really had time, or the money. But after conversation recently, we decided we were unable to go on our last vacations (due to covid), and we also were not able to have our 5th anniversary celebration (we had planned on going to Vegas). This year, we are married 7 years, it is close to my birthday, and again this year, on our anniversary, we had covid. I went into Cambridge Charm Diamond Centre to have my rings (original) repaired. When ever, I had my rings inspected, I have always had an eye on jewellery case. I met Rada. The initial ring I thought was the one, I said I needed my husbands opinion. The following Friday we returned, I stated I was super picky, and my husband agreed. Rada showed me every ring in the case. My husband would not move away from the Canadian Diamonds. Rada, again showed us every ring in the case.

The ring we bought, was such a great combination of both our tastes. She listened to exactly what we wanted, showed us nothing beyond our price point and was so attentive and educational. She knew her stuff! She explained the diamonds clarity, sizing, etc. I have never been happier and more educated! Thanks Rada! Your customer service goes above and beyond!

Dino and the staff at Charm in Cambridge are truly amazing, and life savers if I must say so myself. The sales lady was super nice and helpful. Even after picking out a great ring, she showed is more, and my fiance ended up picking the ring she fell in love with.

Sharing this review for a friend. Two gentleman were on the hunt for engagement rings for their girlfriends and went to every store in Cambridge to find the perfect diamonds. There searched brought them back to Charm Diamonds in the Cambridge Mall. The sales associate was named Rada. The boys told me that they went back to her out of all the stores because she took the time to teach them about the kind of diamond they were getting and what to look for and how to look at them through the "loop".

I bought this beautiful Engagement Ring in Charms Diamond in Cambridge Centre last week for my Partner for our 1st Anniversary Celebration in Paris, France.
SUSAN my Sales Consultant was the one who helped me, she’s very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Overall, I recieved an amazing costumer service. Dino went a above and beyond. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for so he set up an appointment for me to to design my own ring. I am so excited to receive my one of a kind engagement ring in 4 weeks. Love love love this store they have my business for life

We originally bought my engagement ring and wedding band at the Guelph location. Truly amazing experience.then when there was an issue with my ring and the gentlemen whom dealt with us wasn't so great I contacted head office. I was put in contact with Dino who looks over both the Guelph and Cambridge locations and he was incredible to deal with. Still unhappy with the outcome we came back to the store to have a look at different rings as the Dimond looked cracked (it wasn't- just the cut) but No one wants a ring that looks cracked!

It just so happens we met up with Chantelle again at the Cambridge location. I don't even mind the extra drive for the excellent customer service. Chantelle recently contacted me to see how I was liking the ring and wanted to hear all about our new addition and the compliments we got on the ring. What a gem.

Everyone I'm telling you.you will not be disappointed with Chantelle. She's a breath of fresh air and so so helpful!

Abit overpriced from my experience but it's still good qaulity jewellery so I mean if you have the money it might be worth it, but other jewelers have indentical qaulity for cheaper. Hudson Bay you can get a necklace alot cheaper. This is from my experience and my opinion.

Today I stopped in to purchase a specific item and was initially told it was out of stock. A second associate then approached me, Chantelle, who offered to investigate the item’s availability. She searched her records, drawers and cupboards and with the help Dino managed to find my item! Chantelle worked very hard to get me the item I wanted and was clearly willing to put in an effort to make my daughters wish come true. Her efforts were truly appreciated.

I purchased a beautiful white ceramic ring for my 50th birthday and less than 2 weeks later, I accidentally lost it. It was the last one at my local store in St. Catharines, where I had bought it. So, I started calling around to all the Charm Diamond Centres in Ontario to see if I could find a replacement. That's when I came upon Arezoo from the Cambridge store. She was sympathetic, kind and extremely helpful in searching and locating the whereabouts of 1 of only 8 of these rings left in all of Canada! She even called my local store and worked with the manager there to coordinate having a replacement ring sent there. I am most grateful for her kindness. Thank you so much, Arezoo. I have my beautiful (replacement) ring back.

Both rings were on sale and resized for free with their protection plans (WORTH THE MONEY) plan on getting another band when they reopen! Love this place, 75 for 1,556$

I went to the cambridge mall, looking to buy jewelry. I had no specific store in mind. I popped in to a few stores that either sold jewelry only and at least one that sold jewelry, along with other items. After being noticibly ridiculed and/or then completely ignored by staff of various stores (one even making it a point that she was more concerned with her phone, then me [the customer]) I decided to give Charm a go.
My experience at Charm was wonderful from the get go. I was assisted by Irena. Very nice, understanding, professional and ofcourse (unlike the staff of certain other stores) non-judgmental. Everything could not have gone smoother. It's a shame that in 2020, people not only make it a point to judge others, but do so, openly obvious, to even the point of laughter. I will not name these stores, as doing so would just make me sink down to their level of ignorance.
I have already, shared with you, a store that does not judge their customers by appearance- Charm Diamond Centres in Cambridge mall. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to be a buyer.

My husband and I have visited on numerous occasions. Valentine's Day, Christmas, Black Friday, you name it! Even if we are just browsing, the staff are so friendly and helpful. One woman who recognized that we were eyeing a matching necklace to my earrings even offered us an extra deal for Black Friday. She might've had permission to give extra bonuses, but to us it made our decision. They treat you like family. We will never shop at another jeweler.

We went in to see about getting a charm fixed or replaced because it lost some of the diamonds. Arezoo was super sweet and helpful to get us what we needed. We will be happy to work with her again!

I had great experiences in many different celebration with the jewellery I got from this store plus they are so flexible. I also had issued before that was fixed and it's was great to deal with that right away.

Bought a necklace here for a Christmas gift, didn't buy "extended warranty" and the chain broke within two weeks of wear. Pretty disappointing. So I guess buyer beware.

Picked the out my necklace for my spouse, after speaking with her mother turns out I picked the wrong colour gold. I called back and Dino made sure I got the correction made and had the necklace before Christmas. Much appreciated.

My Fiance and myself went into this location about 4 months ago and dealt with a very nice and helpful women named Vanessa. We then went in this week to look again at engagement rings. We were very pleased to have Vanessa again to help us make our final decision. She was not pushy and great to talk to aswell as let me take my time because I am super indecisive. We ended up purchasing that day and she gave us a great deal on our item just out of kindness. I purchased an item here recently and was very pleased with the way Susan helped us come to the right decision. I would definitely recommend stopping by here, they seem to have a nice selection of engagement and wedding bands especially.

We've purchased many items from the Cambridge Mall store. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable as is his staff. My wife had a problem with a tangled necklace last week and one of the employees spent 10 minutes trying to loosen it, when a customer came into the store, I told her I'd work on it while she assisted her customer. As I tried to do it, out comes the owner from the rear of the store and he fixed it in 2 minutes. Once our son had a necklace break (brothers play fighting) and they replaced it no cost. Very good quality items and very nice people.

I have gone to this store for several occasions. My husband to be bought my non-traditional engagement ring there and it was beyond beautiful, BUT they also handcrafted a matching band for it. Prices are very competitive and value is outstanding.

Their customer service is also always fantastic, very friendly, willing to help and never pushy! I recommend checking them out.

Arezoo - Sales Consultant. Arezoo is a fantastic consultant to deal with when looking at any type of jewelry. Very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and I found she did not push you into purchasing something unless you were comfortable with the item. Arezoo always helps me find something nice for my wife and somehow always remembers me even though I go see her less than my wife would like. When you are buying jewellery, it is tough to find someone who seems to genuinely care more about getting you something really nice and doesn't make you feel like you aren't spending enough. Arezoo seems to care more about getting the right piece rather than only caring solely about the bottom line and trying to get more money out of you. That is what will keep me coming back as long as Arezoo is there.
