I ordered an outdoor holiday grave side arrangement. Charmed Flowers' customer service was excellent. The arrangement is bigger and more beautiful than I could have imagined and I really appreciate the attention to detail, such as printing the message on a larger card and ensuring it was sealed up in plastic to protect against the elements. Will definitely order from Charmed again.

My husband buys me flowers from Charmed Flowers every month. Their arrangements are truly gorgeous, with time and care placed into each one. Their prices in my opinion are very fair, this isn't an arrangement that will die in two to three days. My favourite is the enduring love roses, I have the celestial love arrangement and it is lovely. These roses last several years. I had never heard of something like this before and was so happy to recieve it. My husband says the staff is very knowledgeable, always kind and happy to help. They also sell a large assortment of beautiful items that would make wonderful gifts. If you’re looking to surprise someone you love with a boquet, or you are on the lookout for a unique gift, this is your place!

Received the most stunning arrangement today. Delivery was so organized, and the order came right on time. I loved that the bouquet came with a damp paper towel and care instructions. Absolutely gorgeous flowers

1 star is way too generous for this shop. Not friendly person was in today. Drove to pick up a bouquet for grad and found only three cheap and not fresh small bouquets. I asked if they can make one for me and the answer was no. They need two hours advance notice. The owner need to re-think who was running the shop today. Don’t waste your time going there. You will not get a basic service or a good energy in the place.

I got my wedding bouquets from Charmed Flowers and I couldn't have been happier and more in love with the final results! Haley and the team did more than deliver my dream bouquet and incorporated my colour scheme perfectly and also included my favourite flowers. They also went above and beyond to separate out the florals that were going to the bride get-ready location versus the groom get-ready location. This is probably one of the best florists I’ve known - the quality is great and flower combinations are lovely. I first came to know them when my bestie from US sent flowers to me for my birthday- they were so beautiful! Highly recommend:) interior of the shop is very good.

Ordered the High Tea gift basket as a gift for a friend and it was delivered on time and exceeded expectations. Look how cute the teacup planter is and the floral candle! Lots of basket and floral gift options on their website, it was hard to chose which one to give! Very reasonably priced too.

Today was my first time ordering from Charmed Flowers. I sent my sister a bouquet for her birthday and it was absolutely beautiful! It looked just like the picture on the website. We are both so happy with it! I placed the order before noon and had no trouble getting same day delivery. I wish the shop was closer to me in Toronto so I could buy myself some flowers! Absolutely breathtaking bouquet for my partner - I made a note on my order to remove one flower because it is toxic to cats, and when I received the bouquet I was shocked to find a whole bunch of unexpected flowers. ALL CAT SAFE! I really appreciate the care and thought that went into this bouquet. They went above and beyond.

Got a la carte wedding flowers and it worked out super well. I gave very little direction and just let the florists do their thing. They even managed to find me a few peonies (very out of season at the time). We picked them up the day before and they were still fresh and beautiful on the wedding day.

I've ordered flowers for delivery from Charmed a couple of times now, and I'm always impressed by them. They make such gorgeous bouquets, and although their products may seem pricey, compared to other florists locally it is honestly very reasonable. It is a $10 charge for delivery within town. They always do a fantastic job so it is well worth the money. I ordered flowers for my sister at 8am, and she got them before noon. I was not expecting her to get them that quickly, and she adored them. I asked for white, lots of greenery and a bit of light pink/warm tones and they did a perfect job.
